So full of bitterness and hate!   I am quite disagree with you about the things that you have said.  I think those people who hate bitcoins were not jealous because it is the most popular or have fees.  Because if they will know the capabilities of bitcoin maybe they will be interested with it like the low fee.  I think it is all because they do not know something about bitcoin and they were afraid to try new things.

Mostly people hate it because they think it is an illegal thing or used in criminal activities while there are also people hating it because of jealousy and insecurity and these are the owners or other alt coins who knows that if bitcoin exists there coins wont be able to take over it.

Yes there is no reason for any individual to hate bitcoin personally but there are compatitors of bitcoins which may hate bitcoins like other altcoins makers or as you said banks or other compatitor companies.
Personally bitcoin has only given advantages and profit to every individual so every one has only reason to love bitcoin not to hate it.

I agree that big companies don't like competition - in fact, competition is a fact that your certain niche is profitable that is why there are many people jumping in. Now, if the company is in right mindset and goal, they will surely treat competition as a way to  improve themselves and offer more value to their clients unique to them as compared to their competitors.
