Completely agree, I'm sure that happens with bitcoin is natural because of demand and supply factors, and not due to the influence of the pump. It's hard to do the pump because the stock and demand bitcoin spread evenly (no one's monopoly).

That's what you think, but I believe there are people who can really make manipulation although not totally but they can make a great impact to the market in their favor. That's partially incorrect. When he hold our bitcoins, we increase bitcoin's volatility. It's not necessarily that the price will go up. It will just require less money to pump the price of bitcoins. On the other hand, since that has increased bitcoin's volatility. It will also require less money to dump the price of bitcoins. The actual way to make the price of bitcoin to go up is to buy more bitcoins, not hold it.

Additionally, the effect of your action will depend on how many coins do you have. Supposed that I went all in and sold all of my 1BTC, that doesn't have an effect to the market at all although it has a huge effect on me since that's all I have.

Even if you hold a huge pile of bitcoins then also manipulating is not that simple because you create a sell order or 10 bitcoins at cheap price means that an equivalent buy order would be filled and hence not changing the market.

And there are like 10 exchanges, where buy and sell orders combine over 1000 bitcoins and hence its not easy to change the price of bitcoins. There are certain whales whom I see on dice sites winning 10-20 bitcoins and they say that they changed it to fiat yet I never noticed a significant change in price, this itself means that the market cap is enormous and can't be manipulated easily.

Yes, we can make the price of bitcoins go up and up only if we have large sum of money to invest in bitcoins. Actually a lot of guys do this way, they first get the price of bitcoins up by buying a big piece of it via market and then just selling them at higher price. So, manipulating the price is very simple just need big sum of money.
