I agree, if a currency is very risky because prices fluctuate. a little example when you receive a salary from the company, then the price fall?, so I think bitcoin suited to be an investment. but maybe in the future bitcoin will be used as currency, as this can help the growth of bitcoin in the future. i guess company need to pay their monthly needs just like an electricity or whatever but unfortunately they can't pay it directly with bitcoin so they need to exchange it to their local currency but the problem the price fluctuation matter so much with it,and i don't think a company could be running and fully using bitcoin as their main currency nowadays

Personally, I have used it as currency with all the scams all over the place. I am not sure i Can even leave it in wallets as they can also be prone to hacking so when I earn my bitcoin after a lot of hard-work then I convert to fiat in other to spend and buy basic things I need in my daily life... I think if it is used for the purpose of currency is not appropriate, because bitcoin prices fluctuate all the time so it is not appropriate to make the currency and will lead to a loss if the price suddenly drops. But it is very appropriate if used for short-term investments and can benefit greatly.

The very reason why it is called a currency is because from the word current - meaning it always move. So when we are holding a bitcoin, we are holding a crypto currency in our hands. I have been thinking about this lately, how can you tell the difference between currency and investment?
Because if you have something of value then you can trade it which makes it equal to a currency.
And when you have something that has value of currency only then you can turn it into an investment.
So currency or investment, both are the same.

well, technically i think it is safe to say you are wrong. because for example if you have fiat (a currency) you can never say i am investing in fiat and meanwhile there is inflation and other stuff that changes the value of fiat.

but in case of bitcoin since the changes are a lot and mostly people use it in trading, bitcoin becomes more of an investment and also it is because people usually buy bitcoin and hold it for a while and sell for fiat and keep the fiat.

I disagree with this, if the only thing that you have is fiat dollars then you are invested into fiat, and your financial fate is tied with the fate of the dollar, that is why you must diversify yourself, bitcoin, real state, gold, etc.
