Its an long term investment for me so I don't prefer to use it as a currency, but I do sell them when I am in urgent need of money so I sell them and convert it to my local currency.
well yeah a lot of people treat it as a long term investment, they remember the last price growth to a new all time high and they are willing that something like that well happen once again To be honest I also have some bitcoins in my wallet and I hold it in order to make some money in a longer run though I really doubt that the growth of the same size might happen once again in the future In my opinion bitcoin should be used not only as an investment option but also as a currency that would give us a possibility to pay for our shopping fast and easy as it would surely be beneficial in the future when our life gets busier and busier When the usage and acceptance of bitcoin will increase in future then people will surely start using it as a currency and our primary concern should be to spend to make it more stronger currency in future. We can make bitcoin stronger by both investing and spending. By spending, we make the merchandisers stronger and make more merchandisers adopt bitcoin. This will make more users because there will be more places we can spend bitcoin. And by investing or holding, the volume of bitcoin higher and the price stronger.

Initially I bought a few Bitcoins as an investment , but more recently I have been spending them with different websites, for using services like Steam.

For now, you are in the right side, investment is the best focus since bitcoin is still in its young stage and we can see more room of price improvement in the future, and that is why we are betting on the future of bitcoin through consistently saving our bitcoin while waiting for the right timing to cash out with profit.

By seeing we invest with bitcoins is a very general term on investing. There are many ways we can invest through bitcoins like online casino house bankroll investment, ico cryptocurrencies, exchange and trading, and the like. So, if we have little amount of bitcoin at the moment, we better focus our investment to one investment vehicle and know well that investment to mitigate risk and increase the chances of profit.

I am usually using it most of the time both, it is very profitable especially in investment for trading, we can grow our bitcoin faster rather than any investment in bitcoin world. Trading is a bright aspect when using bitcoins because we can trade with various assets and hence capitalize our profits. Though sometimes I think trading should not be done unless we have a lot of knowledge about the asset we are going to invest with, since the arrival of so many new altcoins I have to think this way.

That's true and there are many shit coins available that can take away your investments in no time, so its better to do a good research before investing in any new coin.

In my point of view trading bitcoin and treat bitcoin like investment on trading will come a big profit. At first start with low capital when you don't have experience also knowledge about what are you doing for. Take as learn from your mistake i means while you loss . I think still many Cryptocurrency besides bitcoin is good for trading based i seems the fluctuations like monero or other else that is not shit coin as you said dude !

For me bitcoin is a currency but in reality it gives you an investment opportunity too. I save most of my bitcoins and since the price is constantly increasing , i will gain a lots of profit in future.

At a moment we don't have an option to spend at physical places so its better to save them for the future and sell when it is allowing you to make great profits.

First of all it is an investment, but I do not trust any one exchange, and when you want to, it is better to translate into real money your income and keep them in the bank. This is probably the best option. After the incident, I will work with Bitfinex differently.

So i use bitcoin both as currency and investment. I use and convert a certain percentage for my monthly needs and then invest another percent of it to earn more bitcoin and grow it. So that I won't dried up of bitcoin in my stash.

Well to take bitcoin as a currency to a next level we should use it as a currency, as rotation of coins is important for the better future of bitcoins, as only holding will not help in long run.

Yes you're right, but it only makes digital currency. To become a currency that can be used directly bitcoin should have a form as a means of exchange directly. And bitcoin require a lot of changes, especially on price stability. I think bitcoin extremely suitable for investment as it would a very important advantage.

If price gets stable then you cannot expect higher profits in future, people are investing their money in bitcoins only to take advantages from price fluctuations.

Bitcoin is one of the best payment methods but it's a risky investment. Absolutely but there is no investment without risk, you cannot grow your money without taking the risk because if there's any way to do that then we are all rich now, but I can say that there are calculated risk and that in investing with bitcoin you can calculate the risk as you the reward is more possible.
