What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?
It would certainly affect bitcoin's market however it is so unsusual. It could happen if there are such negative news regarding bitcoin but as of now, there is no news like that since bitcoin has a good reputation.
many times in the previous months a number of news came which make the price of bitcoin go down but the price again came to recover to high value so now we can sure that the price of bitcoin will not have any bigger affect if any one will sell huge amount and the marketcap is also much high so not anyone can dump it easily.

I think that the fork will be able to do this. Many people are seriously frightened by this. Some just do not understand what's going on. They are ready to just sell bitcoin
But you know that developers of bitcoin are not against bitcoin and they are working only for the benefit of bitcoin. I have heard that fork will not harm the technology of bitcoin but it will give more strength to bitcoin and will secure our money more in bitcoin.

People who are new to bitcoin will surely get panic by looking at the things happening around and will commit mistake of selling their coins at the wrong time but people who are using bitcoins since long time won't be bother about the things happening around and will hold their coins for a long term.

It will really affect bitcoin, especially the bitcoin price, it will either increase or decrease, you said selling it, means someone will buy it, and eventually, bitcoin users nowadays are very eager to buy bitcoin, so when there will be a huge dump, they will buy bitcoin and not also sell it, they will buy and buy more and wait for the bitcoin price to go up and have some profit from it.

I agree that if people start selling and the price drops, that just brings in buyers. There's no way the price will stay down.
Yes, learn from the past mistake, Every year there's a dumping of bitcoin no matter what it takes every year it pump again and surpass the pick price from the last year, so bitcoin panic selling is can't stop the pumping of the price of it.
I think all users want to profit so when prices rise certainly panic selling will occur. it is because all users will be selling their bitcoin for a profit

earn huge profits from the dump that will be sold in some of the rally bitcoin. people will do the same thing, all this has the effect of bitcoin who saw her.

And look at the price now, the price is already at $1,100+ and for those people that did panic selling at the early stage of the fall, for sure they are feeling sorry right now. I just wish that the price will keep on increasing and these panic sellers already learned a lesson from the past dump and will let the price to keep on pumping.

There is nothing wrong in selling when they are making profits from it as that is the main purpose to invest money in bitcoins but generally people get panic and start selling their coins when they see price going down and result in loss and that should be avoided.

Its normal especially to newbies in bitcoin and trading to panic when the price is going down. They tend to do that because they lack experience and enough knowledge about the nature of bitcoins and trading. But the longer they are in the business and their experience becomes wider then they will no longer panic and just do proper trading leaving strong emotion aside that impedes their judgment.
Well if you see most of the people who have invested are newbies itself. There are very less people who actually take the effort to
know more about the currency and how it works. Basically people see that bitcoin was 0.1$ some 7 years ago and now it is 900$ so
they invest in it. And when it reaches 1000$ and starts falling a bit they start selling.

If they only look at how the price has performed in last years, and take for granted that it will happen again, then they are just blindly buying (also known as gambling) themselves into Bitcoin. If you take into consideration that the price tanks heavily every now and then, then it's just a matter of time before these people get shaken out of the market with heavy losses as result. They either learn from it, or simply remove themselves entirely from investing in Bitcoin.
What makes you say that bitcoin is gonna disappoint it's investors. I agree there are ups and lows but if you see in long run it is profitable. The limited supply is one of the reason that makes me trust on the currency that it won't end up like gold. Even though most of the investor do blindly invest but I don't think they will ever regret about this in the future.

I nowhere stated that Bitcoin is going to disappoint investors. I was talking about how newbies get shaken out of the market as they completely ignore the recent market situation because they base their decisions on how the market has performed in the past. People (newbie or senior investor) if they blindly buy they need a lot of luck to leave with profits, or they (most likely) sell in panic due to their expectations not being met.
I don't think there is currently in the bitcoin community who actually sells his bitcoin as a loss because no matter what happens bitcoin price will surely increase in the future no matter what happens. Selling bitcoin at a loss is the worst decision a holder can ever do.

Such a decision can only be made by the person who does not believe in bitcoin. These are random people in the bitcoin community.
I think that before you sell, you need to carefully study the news and analyze the market

Not everyone has that much faith in bitcoin though.  Some are shortsighted and those who trade frequently are more likely to panic sell.

Yes, it seems that some users have lost their faith in Bitcoin any many of them are prone to panic selling. But I think there is no solid reason for panic and experienced traders should know better then that. But it's easy to react on current issues on the market although is always better to keep the cool head and think twice about every decision

I think they must be new to bitcoin community and are not used to price fluctuations involve in bitcoins so looking at price going down they easily get panic thinking that bitcoins will not bounce back again and start selling their coins at cheap price.

They're worry of the price of bitcoin worth $1 in the future, and I guess if they are get fools by a lot of the professional trader or the bitcoin whales.

I'm not into buying bitcoin at the moment. But as I read here in the community, newbies are most vulnerable to panic selling specially if they see the market price of bitcoin going down. So I hope rumors here should be stop as well so that we will not affected by those spreading lies around here.

That is normal for a newbie to get panic when the price is dumping and also pumping. Because they didn't have that enough knowledge then it is very easy for them to get hyped up by the rumors that is spreading when the dump or pump is happening and then the result for them is jumping into the hype without even thinking what they just did but the good thing is, it will serve as a lesson for them and after those mistakes they will become better.
Not only newbie if you see the big dump coming on, you will panic and will sell your bitcoin, all you have or only a little for cover up when the price keep going down.
but now the concept bit panic selling  is now reducing and people do not come panic selling. hope that in future even the concept of panic selling will no longer remain.

What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?

Bitcoin needs to be calm when trading. We have to be very careful especially in dump and pump situations.

You do not have to worry if the price of bitcoin drops. Anyway the price will rise again. But it may not rise again when altcoins fall in price. Many people are losing money in altcoins.

Every market in the world experiences certain periods of decline, Bitcoin is definitely not an exception. Another thing is that the Bitcoin market is still a free market. If a large trader is looking to cash out a huge load of coins, where he happens to chain-trigger stop loss orders, it will result in a sharp red candle to the South. The intensity of this dump will depend on how liquid the market is. If the market is lacking serious liquidity as is the case right now, whale traders need to take the price down with 10-15% in order to cash out like 5000 BTC at once. That's not a joke.

Dumps and pumps are part of all crypto currencies, the same way as others currencies and markets assets. At bitcoin we do have a lot whales that make all the magic happens, while with others markets are banks and big fortunes that make pression in the price, but both markets are week against bad news.

As the market becomes bigger it becomes less manipulated or possible to cause such an attack. MUST HAVE LIQUIDITY.
