Giving up gambling is not easy

Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about it half the afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust gambling casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

Giving up gambling is easy but it depends on the player if he/she really wants to stop it the best way to stop gambling is by finding an alternative waste of time like playing online and other games if the person really want to stop he/she will find a way for him to stop gambling easily

It's easy if you are not too addicted to it but when the person is addicted too much on it. That person will have a hard time at first because he's/her mind is always looking to gamble but if people want to quit gambling then i must agree with you that they must focus their self on different activity outside gambling.

There are people who have given up gambling once they learnt of the consequences and the harm it had been doing to them and their family. There are the families of these addicted gamblers who have helped them get over their addiction and thus they are living happily now. I don't think so, if you have willpower to stop then you will stop gambling after some time. Yes it is difficult for most of the addicted people to stop gambling , it is hard to stop but not impossible. It required time and commitment to do so. And if you are new one in this field then you should do controlled gambling.

It has become a part of their life and they can never get it back unless they focus really hard and stop what they feel on it. Very few realize this in the middle of gambling and give up for his own goodness as well for the people who are depending on him. We do have the same situation on which i did get addicted on playing gambling for the first time specially when i do win some profits which it gives me the thrill and excitement and the same time which you are seeking for money and its really normal on playing gambling. I admit that im little bit addicted but i do still know how to control my funds.

Best way to quit is to make up your mind first that you are quitting for good and not only that day or week because you lost a lot during that timeframe. Or seek professional help

First time profit is very dangerous because of this winning there are so many gamblers now addicted to this gambling. I also made the profit in my first sports bet I thought I would get the same result every time. After hitting 2 or 3 wins next, i started to get continues losses. To gain back that lost I increase my betting amount. After losing big amount, i got to know the gambling is not for me. I just want to play here to kill free time. Even if you make up your mind, there will be times where you are realizing that it is not working. Saying it is not good enough, you must put it on work. Also, most of the gamblers are thinking that id they stop immediately, they will be able to stop their addiction, but it will not, in fact it will be worse. when we take gambling seriously definitely it can only lead to addiction ,so it's better to take it as fun time only,before whenever I play i only set schedule whenever Im playing 1 hour is the max limit, though it changes when it weekends. It's a cheat day.

I am addicted in gambling specially in dice game but I can control it. I use to play a free money always, I play 7 days a week and my only strategy is hunting. So far, I get money from faucet not big enough but I always experienced winning. My lowest win in hunting is 0.008 btc.

That's my secret, Patience because when you hunting you can experience no win for 2-3 weeks in all your gambling sites. It's ok don't give up. It's better to play a free money than to deposit. So, you gain loss without lossing your own money. I agree that gambling is hard to give up based on my experienced.

Yeaaa you need to be disciplined and a little bit patient too at the same time.
Otherwise your efforts to quit gambling forever will never ever realized.
Don't get lured with something that uncertain about how you could win big if you continue to play etc. It is all bullshit.

Everyone can stop when they choose to stop but some people just wont stop. Some people keep saying that they cant stop , it is literally only because their determination is not strong enough. Sometimes people are not going to swallow this thing because  their pride is too proud for themselves to let this happen
