It is not as easy as you said because I am the one that experienced it, I have done alot of things just to make sure that I can stop but it is hard for me to stop. It's never easy to quit something that has been a big part of your life, knowing that you are always onto it and making hours on it just to play. It's not going to be easy but I think it can be done, there should be support groups that are willing to listen to you and help you overcome the addiction.
