this will depend on you, if you are giving yourself a limitation in gambling sites it will surely you have a time frame when your gonna stop.
but if not, at any moment you can stop right away.

but i think majority of the people have their time frame and limit but still it is very difficult for them to stop gambling at all. if some one is addicted so he really need hard work and strong determination to stop gambling. otherwise it is not possible for a person to stop gambling at all.

Well i think for now 20% only are addicted in gambling here unlike before that many peopel are actually are addicted in gambling .. due to price increase of bitcoin if you can notice they are not wasting too much bitcoin because they are losing the benefits of the price increased of bitcoin..
And now i think most bitcoiners are just gamble for fun and most of them trying their luck to make a large amount of bitcoin that turn into large amount of lose..

The root cause of the problem is your inability to know when to stop, I guess that problem should be given solution first before you gamble. What might happen to you is you will end up losing, even if you win but you do not want to stop because that is not in your vocabulary. You can separate the Money That You used to gamble and the money you use for daily needs. For example you separate 15% of the money from your daily income to gamble, and 85% to your needs and save you. And you have to stop when you've run out of money you detach to make the gamble. So you know when you have to stop every day. Because really like you said, it could become your worst nightmare if you do not know when to stop.

Honestly his method is not a good idea since he just scaling his methods which is just repeating the movements play lose an play again and lose ..
There is no solution there to stop almost you need to gamble until you lose 3 times and stop will go back again later or tommorow but the result lose again.. much better to stop and don't continue to gamble instead..

Take the amount that you can lose without regret, or better to say the amount you wish to spend and have fun.
It can be 5, 10 or 100 $ , whatever you feel you won't regret.
If you lose all that, stop gamble. You can return other day with other "money for fun".
If you win, stop gamble. Take your winnings and return other day with other "money for fun".
With such tactic you will never lose more than you can afford.

Actually there is a better way for that, do not deposit all your money, only those you are supposed to spend. With that kind of practice, you will be tempted in no time, believe me, if one can be tempted to deposit again after a very cold losing streak, there is a big chance you will not gonna withdraw your remaining amount, we know how our emotion will play us sometimes.

You should learn how to save money. Putting your money in the cold storage is the best way to reduce the amount of Bitcoin you may send to the casino. IT is very nice that you still do not lose a lot of money in those casinos and you are right in withdrawing your money in the right time.

we should stop when we really dont have bankroll. as we will just realize that we need to stop to that point so dont want to lend some bitcoin. lending might be too risky for you because you know that it is not your day. so better stop that early before having a negating income. stopping from that point will just have an outcome of not having of negative wealth.
