How do you know when to stop?

I make sure that I do no drop below a certain figure that I set myself. I do this by withdrawing every 0.05 or 0.1 bitcoins and if I get to zero I add 0.05 or 0.1 bitcoins. This stops me from losing more than I want.

and that is also my strategy i don gambling in a limit when ever i reach to this limit i stop gambling any more. and they enjoy the gambling of my friends.

Well the best would of been having a manager who watches over your trades. You go below your daily loses and he shuts you out.

Befor you start gambling you need to fix how much profit you will get today and you need to be optimist so 10% maybe a great profit everyday you will double you fund every 6 day so when you hit 10% just turn of you pc and go sleep :p and you will get profit other think if you hit a great luck one day dont continue just stop and withdraw you fund you get you hit if you try again you will have a high risk to lose

I just started wondering about this recently too.  I used to gamble just a few dollars at a time playing dice with martingale strategy, and I would always play until I lost it all.  But I was recently thinking, maybe I should deposit a whole bitcoin, and do martingale again, but this time bet maybe $10 as my base bet.  Surely I would be able to bet a few times and make $10-20 pretty easily right?  The hard part would be to stop as soon as I got that first win though.

it is easy, i stop when i am out of money

i deposit some small amounts and when i run out of the money or my bankroll i give up gambling and stop and if i win something decent i would withdraw it.

I am opposite to this, what I do is deposit big amount try to win small and exit. This mainly because I believe in high winning odds and low payouts, I often loose though but so far has been working best for me.

Some people use this after losing streak to bet bigger and bigger not to stop.
Because they believe the streaks will not last forever , instead stop playing they increase the bet amount till get profit.
But you must remember here, you need a larger bankroll to do this. When you won the bet after losing streak this is the moment they stop play.

If i have already reached my limitation or i have lost so much of my money it is enough for me to stop because i don't want to lose more , I should take a break from gamling , relax my mind and also I do not getting myself to being stressed because of that lost

The tips are good, I think I'll follow the tips that you did. I also sometimes confused when I had to stop gambling, but sometimes I've been in a state of great loss it at the time

May be then you need to follow even more strict strategies, these include but are not limited to : Setting specific amount where you will stop in case of win or loose, specific number of bets when you will stop ( dice ) and many more. Then maybe you can reduce those great loss.

i dont really have a daily limit but i do have a good method of not losing everything when i gamble. whenever i go in with lets say 0.1 btc,i stop and leave when I've lost 0.04 btc. so if i lose ~40% of what i came in with i know its time to leave.

Everyone will certainly do so, but it will last until some time only (mostly) because they still have money to be used for gambling. So if you want to get away from gambling then hold down appetite or eliminate all money owned!!

I most of the time stop when I see that I have lost already halve of my money when I see that happens I am quitting because there is now reason for me to lose even more money.
You should know when to stop because some people do not know how to stop and they will keep playing even if they have to use there savings.

I think you can know when to stop when you really lost a certain amount in one time or a couple times.
You just have to stop when you do not have the money anymore to do other stuff in my eyes.

Most people who do gamle do stop when they have nothing to bet on. There's a little chance that a person who loss a certain amount will stop if he stil didn't recover the amount he lost.

Yeah it is better but for me 0.04 is still huge amount of lose so i think its better to stop in the early game i you are not making any profit in gambling.. and try your luck in other game..

That is actually the best method to make yourself safe from losing all what you have, to just put a limit to your loses, and keep it in mind that if you lost the amount you've decided you will stop betting so that you don't lose the remaining.

The problem is no one can really tell you when to stop because the nature of gambling is so random some people made their loses back by taking huge risk bitnthey could have lost so you take what you have and go or carry on, you dont know what will happen. Bit its easy to look back and tub no of what you would have done but then you would be a time traveler ^^   so i suppose it doesn't make a different to stop or not to stop when it comes down to it.

it is the most important thing in gambling to know when to stop, and without it you will start losing all your bankroll and then some more if you don't really plan for it ahead.

i think 50% profit is a little too much for me but it if works for you then it is good, i usually go for a little less profit to secure it with peace of mind.

In my opinion there is no stop point once you've started gambling, because even on continued fails users urge themselves to earn the loss occurred due to fails. One can stop if he earns or loss certain amount in a time period.

That's where self control comes into place. If you say that I'll stop when i lose/win x amount and you do so then there's is no real harm done since the loss is "controlled" and you get to keep what you won in case you win.
