Do you believe the news ?

I listen to the mainstream media news. But I do not totally believe them. Because it's pretty obvious that most of their news has a slight twist and sometimes it is best to watch raw videos and interviews on social media on what actually happened.

A part of me wanted to.  But in this world full of biased,  i believe i could not. I will believe what i think is true without sacrificing media's ideals.

In my country, almost 80% of the TV viewership for News channels is shared between just two channels - Republic, and Times Now. Both of them are considered to be more or less neutral regarding their political ideology. But 4-5 years back, that was not the case. Then a channel called NDTV was dominating the viewership and it was biased heavily towards the extreme-left.

I agree on your statement but it is just the other side of a coin. Yeah, there are some of theme who only care for money and not enterested about the truth but still we cannot accept it as a valid reason to not believing their report anymore. Because there also reporters that have been assassinated for the sake of truth.

I donk think media is independent. It is based on my experience here in philippines. I a filipino citizen and all media's here always  keeping the truth and spreading what we called fake news. They keep criticizing all administration's opposition. They keep bashing the administration now here in philippines and I think the man behind with this is the opposition in politics of the administration. That's why I cant trust media's here in philippines.

Some time its difficult to belive the news because those are depends on money. News are deformed by reporters because they are bonded with many things such as politics.

Everyone's got their agenda, from the glitziest news titan to psychos blogging from RVs. They're all shit and unless you were there for what they were talking about then I've no interest in what they have to say.

One 'unbiased' news outlet I used to occasionally peruse slowly became so infested with anti semitism that it became totally worthless. I find it amusing that people quote places like Zero Hedge thinking they're somehow stepping out of media zombieland when they're no different from anywhere else.

Preach! I just watch the news to what's happening in the world. I generally look at facts, other things like the editorials i veer far from. Politics i veer very far from, they seems to be biased and heavily opinionated. Most of it is one sided and reports them in a light leaning to just one side. Maybe it's just an opinion but i think the only real news is the weather.
