I recently trying SMOS to do dual mining ETH and SIA.

I am using Claymore-eth-v11.0 ? but I am achieving only 56Mhs + 5472 MHs ?

I tried to use -dcri 110 and if I go below 100 it never start mining and remain unstable and rebooting ...

I have 6 X Sapphire Nitro+  (1411 / 2300 )

How can I dual mine ETH and SIA with SmOS?

1411/2300 is a crazy number, try 1180 2200 and dcri near to 30....

yup... got massive boost in power consumption compared to windows and hive os  
7x rx580 claymore single eth mining, bios modded
windows 10 - 950w
hiveos - 1050w
simpleminingos - 1350w
and nothing can change that

Hi tytanick, do you plan to add the latest version of ethminer (0.13)? It work as well as Claymore for nvidia's gpus without the dev fee when mining ether.

Yes i will add it as there are few requests already.

PHI miner isnt on my list right now.

Is ethminer still on the to-do-list?

Would be great if you could add it - I got a way better performance than with claymore.

Being a user since v1..... if you guys only knew how hard this dev worked on this project since 2016, thru the ups and downs, delays, brickbats from haters, nasty posts, hacking, bugs, AMD dramas etc.... I guess some people don't have the patience at all ...

+ people asking same ****ing questions once a day, not reading older posts nor even the help page
this guy takes $2 per rig per month (and not even upfront), any mineable card should make that almost in 1 day! people here have demands like he's taking 10% of your kids, wife, house, car, dog and bank account

does this OS/software let you specify a voltage?  I just noticed in afterburner my voltage curve only sticks to one card no matter how I do it.

So my rigs are on and running but SMOS is saying they are offline and Suprnova isnt receiving a hash rate from them anymore. This just suddenly happened from know where and I have literally tried everything I can think to do to reboot.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Could someone help me out with this?
I tried adding the custom line -tt but I get the error you need to be root to edit it, now I know that I can set temp and % fan on the SM overclocking but I want to set particular fan speed for every GPU...
I really need to do this as all gpus are getting different temps. Thanks!!

Hello, finally, i did it works, the UI is really cool and easy, the hashrate is also OK.

BUT

with windows 10 my mine (6*RX580 8Gb) use 940 Watts (dual mine eth + xvg)

with HiveOS my mine use 1150 Watts with the same config !!!!

So thats 200W more with SMOS.


My config is perhaps bad :
Core MHz: 1150

Memory MHz: 2120

Core Undervolting: 840

Powerstage: 0

my P106 mining series gpus came. and i install NVIDIA smos ver. but my gpus not detected? how can i fix that?

MSI GTX 1060 6Go OCV1 are not recognized with latest RX-NV build (v1143)

i have 9 cards runing and one or two of them are 12°C above the other
but i can't recognize wich one is it
in the motherboard i pluged the riser in a way that from left to right it goes in pci-e 1 to 9
but it's not in this order in simplemining

so do you know how to recognize a card from simpleMining in real life ?

Hello everyone. Does anyone have some good instructions on how to setup the different miners?
I have my first rig running but I'm getting lots of red lines and I think this is because I haven't configured the minors.

Not sure what details to put in there. Do I need to open a wallet address for each currency or is there a place I can sign up to and just have one wallet for all currencies?

So i understand that's not possible to get better undervolt result with SMOS.

I return to Windows 10 because 15 rigs * 200W it is 3000W gained ! cannot pay that for a good UI.

My rigs use 720 Watts < Windows 770 Watts from the wall.


I thing you can try changing Power stage to 3 - 6.
Because Power stage is depended on flashing your vga.
Some cards need 4 but some need 5.

the mining os software that i downloaded from your website is corrupted. (That's what my  computer says when i try to unzip the files. I flashed it and the rig keeps crashing and re-starting.
What should I do?

remove the captcha from your site please.  We can't use password managers when there's captcha there is no reason for captcha nonsense.

also, can you make it so you specify core and mem instead of an offset?  unfortunately with the video card drought a few of my rigs contain mixed cards.  Same series, different freqs. global offset is not going to work.

also need to add a few miner softwares that are missing.
