ok, but when I got it right, I have to withdrawal $eth to the lightwallet address, which is then being converted to $sngls. so due I do not send it to a contract but to an address, I shall MUST own the private key as well? when doing it @shapeshift, I do not own the private key either. would be great if an dev/ wallet admin have a short word on (e.g. kraken exchange) lightwallet deposit process.

How you get ETH to the light wallet doesnt matter. Its its only when buying the Singular tokens you need to use the light wallet or mist.
