Saving the earth is a sure thing to do, we can still take care of the earth to keep it from getting worse. The impossible thing for us is to heal and restore the earth as it was. The damage to the earth is already severe and it is impossible to be back. But we can maintain and care for the earth agat not getting destroyed.

For God's sake, why don't we just find another planet that we could live in.

Because there is none. To find such a planet, you will have to travel thousands of light years and it is going to take millions (if not billions) of years. Even then, there is no guarantee that you will find such a planet.

True, It will take us a hundred more years to find a suitable planet and with a high chance that it is located millions and millions of distance away from our solar system. But why bother to find another planet with our current technology when we can ease the global warming by planting trees, go green and not to pollute it even more. We can save the world by eliminating activities that can make the global warming worst. The best solution is to plant trees, with enough producers of oxygen, we can maintain and make the hole in the ozone smaller therefore making the global warming less effective due to presence of oxygen that can neutralize the other elements. One individual is not enough to make a change, one tree is not enough to suffice the oxygen level, so planting trees every year is very helpful because with the idea that it takes 10 years for the tree to grow, it will surely secure our safety after 10 years. So in conclusion, let's GO GREEN, Save the PLANET for the PLANET will SAVE you too.

For what ? Ruining another planet? Yes, that is what will happen. If humans move to another planet because the earth is already damaged, then the new planet would have the same fate. Moving to another planet is not a solution, mental and human thinking that must be addressed. Because if it remains like now, there will be no change.

Notice that all these problems are initiated by humans. A lot of greedy people are oblivious to what the effects of climate change are that a few powerful greedy guys would drag us all to extinction.

Saving the planet would be a really tough thing to do. Our planet is designed to fall apart, it will get old and die. But I believe that taking good care of our planet would be a great help and is a form of help that we can give to prolong the life of our planet.

the problem about global warming is just like the dead marching from the south(lol too much GOT  ).
it's like some people ignore this phenomenon, but it is real and it will come to us and show it will show its effects with various ways just like strong typhoon, unpredictable change on timing of seasons, loss of lives of animals due too strong heat. who knows how much time we've got to save our planet and it is sad to hear some president (don't need to mention) don't believe in climate change.

I believe that it is too late to reverse global warming's effects and causes. I am a student of electrical engineer and as far as I learnt possibly there is no hope for our planet. That's why lots of companies and institutions trying to find a way to live in another planet. Nevertheless, I hope I am wrong

Save the planet are usually used as advocacy of Pollitical group to reserve its wealth of nature for our next generation. However its very hard for us to realize because whatever things we inculcate from the minds of our youth.. there are still violators who keep searching for their own good with no respect to nature just to survive.. abusing our ecosystem.. such as logging , no proper segregation waste management and etc, could really utilize mass destruction .. Trump couldn't support the pro-environmentalists. They are anyway left-wing and will never vote for him. On the other hand, a lot of coal miners and petroleum workers were voting for him. So it was natural for him to take an anti-global warming view.

All should give their commitment on saving the planet. It's all our duty to conserve mother nature. It's useless if only few people are doing it because small trash can be a serious problem in the future if neglected.
