The planet doesn't need saving. Even if we had an all-out nuclear war that wiped out all living organisms, except for cockroaches and Keith Richards, the planet would still survive. The population is not a problem for the planet, which is a problem may manipulate itself because if they can preserve the environment and not do anything that could cause global warming that clearly could damage the ecosystem on earth might be a chance to save the planet wide open. The key is in our own self-consciousness. try to preserve the environment from small things like planting trees in every empty space.

man in general is essentially a selfish being and first and foremost everyone thinks by himself and his environment, And already can further assume something different. It is not like we don't have the choice. If we stop burning coal, then it can reduce the rates of global warming by quite a lot. But that is not going to happen anytime soon, as countries such as China and India are refusing to do that. They are arguing that they need cheap power for their population. But they also need to share the burden of saving the planet.

I recently heard that the Chinese are gearing towards using electric cars in their bid to reduce the carbon emission in their atmosphere, Saving the world from global warming is everyone's responsibility and since no country can be forced to reduce their carbon emission.All other efforts are useless cos the people may be trying to put a stop it whiles others are doing a totally different thing.

The earth already went thought the process of the destruction of 90& or 99% (don't remember) of  living creatures when a big asteroid hit, and it survived. So there is no way we are putting the earth in danger.

I think not, our planet is very cruel and brutal.
We become greedy, alcove. Our future is terrorism and the third world war.
There is no kindness and compassion among us.
It is better to ''create'' a new planet.

 Small steps create changes. Grow some vegetables, buy a local produce. Borrow instead of buying, speak up for nature and wild life and their importance. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Say no to single-use plastics. Don't let the media tell you what to buy. Don't chuck it, fix it. Our children deserves a healthy planet.
