I'm Chimunk and I joined this site because of John (Johnthedong)'s apology posted on December 19, 2012. I do not know a lot about what happened, but his response was laudatory. Apologies are weak without a pledge to make it right.

New to TOR and and btc but am beginning to look into this. Perhaps btc may become a staple of society. I do not know. However, my belief is that open source software is key to a sustainable future.

Hello all, I have seen bitcoin forums on and off for a couple of years now. Finally decided to make an account and become a part of the active community.

I live in Canada (the Durham region of Ontario near Toronto)
I am attending the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, studying Networking and Network Security.
I have my CCNA certification (which is going to expire soon)

I have a background in programming and networking.

What I am interested in:

Improving the community here and having the community improve me.
