Hi, I'm new to mining but not new to programming.  I am mining now with the download but not sure how I am identified, like what address my wallet has, how I am credited for my work.

in the options window,
you can set your miner name, this appears in the blockgeneration history,
also you can set what key is being used to mine.

you can generate (and export/import) keys, in the private key window.

Thanks.

I noticed on the miner in the right side window I had two lines showing pending, with the amount -100.000.
Now I only have one.  Can you explain a little bit about that, and why the negative number?

I now have two lines again , and now three and it says "transaction sent to account" (an 7 digit number divided by a dash).  What is that
number?  Is that related to my processing in particular or the group processing?

Can you show screenshots so we can identify.

The 7 digit number is an account number much like a hash address in Bitcoin.

Does anyone know what what language the developer speaks. I would like to have him on my show coininterview but we need someone who can speak english and translate for him.

Dev don't want an interview now. Needs all time to work in PascalCoin Cool
Thanks

EDIT: In this thread there are people like ICOcountdown.com or VorkSholk or WillowRose that knows how PascalCoin works, sure they speak english... Perhaps they can explain how PascalCoin works ;-)

PascalCoin is the first crypto currency without need of historical operations to control double spend and with ORDINAL account numbers. YES! LIKE A BANK!

I figured it out that it was showing local on left side and what the coin was doing in the big picture on the right.  I would do a screen shot but now the right side
is completely blank.  I was puzzled because I've run it for about 18 hours at 365 kh and it's not showing any blocks found.   Is there something that shows the user's progress
in the application?

You need to click the checbox to show your own private keys.

There is no GPU miner currently available, only CPU until it is designed.

This coin already got a lot of noise which is nice.
But can we keep it low for some more time?

I'm mining around 1 Block per day. Would be cool if this won't get interrupted by more miners  Tongue

Had we today a huge increase in hashpower?
The average 100 blocktime was down to 177s.

So, I just did all the naming and stuff recommended, but that doesn't have any affect on the work that I did previously, I imagine.  One is still credited?
It's just odd now because it's about 24 hours and not seeing anything that looks like progress on the screen, which is odd for mining.  Usually one knows exactly what one is earning, even if it's barely nothing.

I think it helps a coin to grow for the thread to encourage the newbies that are attracted to it.  I realize that it's not particularly self-interest but then maybe it is.

You can see your hashes next to the mining speed. I think average takes 200k~ for a block at this diff.

You can see all the blocks you have received in the account explorer.

Naughty!
Lets also add a speed limiter, 500 kHz max. regardless of cpu power.  Cool

Wouldn't stop people from mining on multiple computers or launching multiple times the app on the same computer :/
