I have a question. Let's say I send a wire transfer now (ICO still in place). Before you receive it we reach the 21,000BTC market cap.
Do you send me my money back or do you still add it to the ICO, since at the time I made the payment we were still below the cap?

No. They will wait all of the wire transfers, that is why they change the tokens send from 7 days to 10 days.
