I agree that this is not good info, but we have to admit that there is a big world outside the USA and that Iconomi can indeed be successful without initially serving the USA.  

I assume that something will be worked out between Iconomi and the US of A government to expand to the US in the future.

At the moment I am wondering what did it?  The use of languages like Dividend? If so they could have called it "Profit sharing", "Participation gift", "Special POS", or any other terms and same for other terms.

yes its true world is bigger then just USA but states are still very important. i hope then can include them soon otherwise iconomi will loose some precious fiat money

This is nothing new. In this case a citizen of America buys financial fund in America which invested in ICNX.
So buyers of ICNX will be Investment FUNDs no physical investors.
Iz will be the same for ICONOMI.

This doesn't forbid US citizens of the United States from buying and selling ICN on exchanges.

It's a protection, when Iconomi offers real products, they will surely review this, US is a very important market.
Do not worry about it for now.

Hopefully it's temporary. Perhaps launching in the US right away would've delayed launch by a few months.

You can still live in the US and own shares of a Stock market or Casino that OPERATES OUTSIDE THE USA.

That's not really the issue, they aren't supposed to solicit you or allow you to be a customer of theirs unless you meet SEC accredited status. Burden is on them.

Very clever terminologies...

That was my first impression too!
The new terminologies remove any ambiguity with Securities language.

We could very well see ICN on Poloniex & Bittrex soon.  

According to Coinbase's latest blog and based on this new Arrays terminology, ICONOMI Apptoken can certainly be classified as a non-security, so even GDAX will be looking at listing ICN now.

Everything seems inline with Coinbase Co-founder's take on Apptoken ICOs, so GDAX could be soon for ICN indeed:

This is great news for Poloniex & Bittrex.

As an ICN investor I hope you're right, the better the fund does, the more people invest, the more money all of us make, but in this case I just don't see it.

iconomi is already in profit by investing in ZEC yesterday ( AROUND 30% + ) Can sell anytime
