hahaha sorry I was just trying to help with the FUD in this situation though in Europe regulation of cryptos is currently pretty non existent and thee guys already have banks to work with which is the only barrier you face right now.

Kobilica, as I understood it, it is statement (always needed in Slovenia due to "interests") that warn people they "cannot" do anything about Iconomi because they do not legal ground on it. So if Iconomi screws you it is not their (ATVP) problem as it was in the case with Gorenje or Telekom Slovenije (i think)

This isn't going to stop investors from investing. This is like when Bitcoin was classified as an asset by the IRS lol. If anything, seems like a good sign if securities agencies are recognizing this crypto project.
