This is awesome news.   Grin  Volume on Bitfunder is going crazy!   Shocked

If we're not on PPS, why not use Bitminter and also get Namecoins for an extra 5.85% per day?

Yes, I am going to do that, set up some proxies, like you suggested.  I didn't expect the machines to be here today, I thought it would be
monday.  Since it was today, I had BTCGuild setup and I wanted to get them running/hashing.

Yes, this is just the begining for AMC.

Did you hug the DHL guy?   Cheesy  We want pictures!!!  Please update the Bitfunder profiles with them and the Team AMC screen shot when you have time.

Going with Guild first was a great choice.  Everybody looks at their Hall of Fame so that's great publicity when we're number 9 (and rising).   Cool

Great news indeed!!! Grin Grin Grin

I also think staying on BTC Guild will be a good publicity for AMC, besides they are currently implementing NMC merged mining on stratum and from what I've read the implementation will be quite good.

Once again, great way to start the weekend! Grin Grin Grin

This is very good that they've arrived earlier than expected!

BTW do you guys know why BitFunder and WeExchange seem to go down with timeouts at the same time even though the IP addresses are on a different subnet?  Seems odd, and they both come back up at the same time too.

Hey Ken;
Not to nitpick but you really should stack them horizontal and keep both open ends (incoming air and outflow) away from the walls.   Zhang was pretty specific about this been the way they are supposed to run during batch I shipping.

"Hey Ken"

You found the anonymous Ken Slaughter? We were all wondering how you were getting on with this. Well done Minor. I knew you would find him in the end.
Also, your knowledge of these units, holds no bounds. We are so gifted with your presence, Minor. Welcome home, mate.

Next steps:

Seeing next order status change on Avalon ticket.
Receiving promised report in next few days.
Feedback on status of NDA agreement.

Also wondering what it will take for 'institutional' investment to occur, if it hasn't happened already.

Where other funds/fund of funds, or other share issues, diversify there portfolio by buying into other relevant issues/companies. ASICMINER is held relatively widely, amongst some of those other share issues you see on Bitfunder, for example.

This business is more incestuous, than you may realise, but its all good.

SPRINGFIELD, MO, – June 8, 2013 – VMC a manufacturer of the Fast-Hash Bitcoin Mining Machines has announced today that they have received word that AMC's technology which is undergoing a feasibility test with a Major Semiconductors Company using their tool for their 45nm and 28nm chips.  The quote from the engineer on the 45nm chip "the preliminary result shows the sha256 can run at about 300Mhz" and "With the code, while running at 28nm, we are seeing performance in the range of 450MHz+".  This code that is being tested is not AMC's highly optimized code due to a problem with the tools that that semiconductor company was using.  Active Mining Corporation is a Vanuatu International Business Company DBA Active Mining Cooperative (AMC).
