I would love to take this company serious, but posting "news" every few days, while selling more shares and listing on new market places just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The "company" is already valued so high that a massive success is priced in already.

Just does not seem serious.

But you can dream a little, right?.....   "............will be used to make AMC the largest Bitcoin Mining Farm in the world."

I'm guessing the price will depend at the time (if) it gets approved on btct.co.

Like I said earlier, the price is correlated to risk, so it's natural for it to be cheaper when investors take a huge risk and more expensive as the investor's risk gets smaller and smaller. Smiley

So if these 2 million new shares are listed on Bitfunder then what will be listed on btc-ct?
And why would the price be different as it's the same thing?

Its price is not a very relevant factor in its adoption....

The problem is that no one knows when the btct.co moderators will decide to pass or fail the listing of AMC-PT there (we need 5 "yes" votes to pass). It could be today, tomorrow, in one month, etc.

Listed = AMC PT, as in, pass-through. So they are the same shares. Theoretically, there shouldn't be a price difference, but there will be marginal differences.

So as of right now there are 40,000,000 shares issued for the time being in total. Out of those 20,000,000 shares will be retained by AMC to maintain a growth and expansion fund. Right now is there a total of 7,000,000 on the market? Where can we see how many shares have been opened up for trading?

So when is thing on BTC-TC?  Before the news?  After the news?  Are the 2m shares for BTC-TC or Bitfunder or both?

BTC-TC we need 5 votes to get listed.
I think it only needed 4 votes to get listed.

Yap, but in reality only 4 YES, check the score of other activated assets with just 4 votes.

No, the ones with 4 yes votes were ones that were listed on GLBSE that were carried over. New assets must have 5 yes votes.

AMC Dividends Paid ฿0.00000080/share

This was a little low as we had nine shifts in a row with bad luck.  This
should get better this next week.  Also, we now have 6 Avalon's hashing
~400,000 MH/s

just to put it in perspective, I put equal amounts into AMC and AM and AM pays about 4 times more in dividends, so it's not that bad Cheesy. With next week dividends being almost double, its only half in dividend returns so it isn't hard to believe

Considering the real dividends won't start until we're mining on our own equipment and selling hardware.
