Hello. I'd like to get whitelisted. I need to purchase something for sale on your forums. I'm also very active on Reddit under "gsibble" and am working on several Bitcoin business concepts. Thanks!

Please consider me for whitelisting. I've been lurking here a lot, and have become very knowledgeable about bitcoin in the process. Thank you for this great resource. Looking forward to being able to contribute where I can.

I'm asking for a whitelist so I can help out (to the degree I can = website + hosting) for the DIY PCB with Avalon project ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=161715). I've asked allten if I can help out by mail and he said "make it happen" so this is me trying to make it happen. Being whitelisted would probably help with communicating with the ones interested and involved in the project. Thank you

I would like to request to be white-listed so I can ask some questions of the mining community. I've done quite a bit of research on Bitcoin in the past 48 hours, so I have at least a few bits of knowledge under my belt Specifically, I have posted this question: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=173286.0Text: Myself and some of my buddies are starting our own tiny pool that I plan on setting up through p2pool. Not a whole lot, just more of an experiment currently. We're running BitMinter currently and are all assigning our 'workers' under the same address, but are looking to switch, since I believe it might be more beneficial for us to participate in a smaller pool (or so I think - we'll find out.) This is going to be a manual handout instead of an automatic handout - we're all more or less in this together with the current equipment we have.
I just want to be certain that I set this up properly so that we are receiving our bitcoins appropriately:
Currently, I have run_p2pool.exe running on my desktop (192.168.1.149), with the default ports. Current parameters:
-a 1GgYw8mTRcLVzYnqWiqkSK6DAWF34jDzA7 I am running cgminer.exe on my laptop with the following parameters:-o http://192.168.1.149:9332 -u <username> -p <password> bitcoin.conf entries:rpcuser=<Same Username as above> rpcpassword=<Same Password as above> server=1 In order for my friends to act as 'workers,' would they just need to run cgminer.exe with the associated parameters above? Including the username and password? (Regardless of the networking aspect - no problems there) Or do they also need to run p2pool.exe on their own machines (meaning they would have to run the Bitcoin client themselves, along with downloading the entire block chain like I had to)?
Given the above, will all of our MH/s work be contributed to the same address/wallet? Or, is there any way for me to find out explicitly what address my work is being 'paid' to? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I am going to be using my desktop as my main worker, not my laptop - currently set up backwards because I started out on my PC first .

hey there, requesting to be whitelisted
i started mining when bitcoin was quite new and 1 Btc was worth like nothing and hash rates on your single gpu were a joke compared to nowadays hashrates. with the late upswing in btc eco many are trying to get back into to game, so am i.
Been closely watching the BFL story here, as in the whole variety of threads (scam accusation/yaysayers/naysayers/reasonable people/investigating people etc)
also i am curios about how asics will influence bitcoin - if they hit the light of day sometime soon
i am currently mining with my 6950 flex unlocked shaders bfgminer kernel:poclbm Gpu: 62.0 C F: 62% E: 840 MHz M: 1325 MHz ~470-485Mhash/s and a 6970M bfgminer kernel: diablo Gpu: 67.5 C F: 55% E: 710 MHz M: 1100 MHz ~215Mhash/s pooling at deepbit.net
greetings & thanks in advance
Jeto

Hello there. I'd like to request to be whitelisted. I'm already quite knowledgeable about Bitcoins (I've been following them since early January due to the boom in popularity), and have even started some mining on my PC. I'm hoping to get in on some mining discussion on the Mining forums, but I'm currently locked out due to the 4 hour wait. Some of the things I'd like to ask about is setting up a rig (with multiple GPUs), and getting advice from others about how to set it up properly. Thanks, looking forward to join the discussion!

I want to get whitelisted so I can interact with others engaging in this new form of currency. I want to learn more about it from people actually using it, rather than reading reports.

please whitelist me to reply in non-newbie forums.
I mined bitcoins back in 2011 when I joined this site, and have done a fair share of mining and trading/selling/buying.
