want to respond here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=129620.0, because i want that millibitcoin.

and, o yes i am a total newbie, just reading stuff about it since one week, not convinced that bitcoins are useful or even trustworthy. But the concept is so different that i like to experiment with it. The main problem with bitcoins is probably that it does not lose value with time, but rather gains value with time. That makes it not a good competitor for currency, because people will first spend money that loses value (and keep money that gains value). But for savings, bitcoins might be nice.

I have no idea if or when i will be able to contribute in this forum something useful 5 times.

I really need to pm Yankee about a recent transaction involving a mistaken transfer of bit coins to a mtgox account instead of a bitcoin address and I cannot send a PM. I thought it said I had to post only once to enable messaging, but it still is not letting me send him a message. I saw other forum members in the support forum reccomending sending him a pm to resolve my issue. Thanks

I would like to be white-listed because:

a) I want to make a post on slush's pool post, for a feature request. I have been using it for months now with my 7850, cgminer, and guiminer for my CPU. This seems like the best way to contact him.
b) I don't have much else to post about at the moment, so making 5 dummy posts sounds silly.

I have spent 4 hours online and made 5 posts in Russian sub-forum.
I would like to be able to post in regular forum now.

Hi
I've been lurking this site for a few months and have been able to find everything I've needed so far.
I have several bitcoins, and small amounts of TRC, LTC, NMC, SC, DVC, PPC and IXC. I have also experimented with CPU mining litecoins. I am studying for a Bachelor of Computer Science majoring in computation.
I decided to register now because i noticed that someone is giving away free terracoins to anyone who posts their wallet address. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=142044.0 Hopefully you'll allow me to post to this thread so that I can save my enthusiasm for more posts for when I have something worth contributing.

Thanks

Edit: since posting I have found another reason for needing to be set free from this waiting room. I would like to bid on this.

Hi

I would totally accept the newbie rule (which I think is a good thing!) - so I am only requesting white listing for the following reason:

a) I am not a spammer Smiley

b) I am not a total noob to bitcoins - I run 3 bitcoins startups in 3 countries, I am trading on mtgox, bitfloor and bitcoin-24 (I am also a software developer and webdesigner)

c) I have recently launched http://BTCXperts.com and therefor trying to get in touch with professional bitcoiners all around the planet - so I am requesting whitelisting to introduce myself in the local bitcoins boards.

d) I made my newbie-intro-post with my clear name

If thats not good enough, well - then I guess, I will have to live with the newbie restrictions Sad

cheers and thanks

Hello,

I request to be whitelisted as I simply want to be able to sell my ASIC Miner shares in the following thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=148282.0

I am a long time lurker in this forum but have had no need to post until now.

Thanks!

Hi. I've been involved in bitcoin for about two years, but have historically just lurked here without an account.

I've used bitcoin-otc a bit in the past, here is my profile there:

Code:
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Verifying that ryanc on bitcoin talk is me.

-----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

I need to be able to PM someone fairly urgently.
