how bitcoin is popular in your country ?

I think he is trying to say 100 people and not 100k, as it is too huge number to expect and we can arrive at tentative number of people using it but its impossible to calculate exact number of users.

im join mining comunity in my country, have arround 20member, sometimes we meet and great just for speaking about bitcoin, mining, ethereum and other currency.

Here in my country the mining community. amd bitcon in general is quit popular. Be it bitcoin or altcoins both are broadly used by it people but suprisingly also by non  it persons.
I see this only growing the coming years.

My country is not yet accepting bitcoin, there are few bitcoin community here spreading or promoting bitcoin by adopting it through network marketing system, but that's not a good idea in my part.

In my country and especially in my area there are many people who are aware about bitcoins but the issue is they are not using and not prefer to invest money in something that is totally new to them.

same here mate as i seen that facebook is now a great venue to promote btc and to attract more and more people to join the ride so im hoping that after this year it will be more popular to the point that i can use it in a groceries and shopping malls.

There was this exchange sites i've been using in our place. I can say that this one is really famous there were a lot of users i guess millions but since they have a FIAT wallet i doubt that only 25% of the users only knows that it was a bitcoin

it is at least 100k, it is not many because the population in my country is 1.4 billion, you know which country i refer.

Yes there are very few people at a moment who are familiar to bitcoins and that is the reason we don't find many places where we can spend our coins, if we have more users then it will be followed by more places to spend them.

But when i come out of internet, i am able to see only a handful of persons known about bitcoins. Am not able to see a single other person other than my friend(who introduced bitcoin to me) who use bitcoins.

Its impossible to know how many people around us are using bitcoin at a moment, as bitcoin holds shaddy image at a moment so most of them will not prefer to disclose that they are into bitcoins.

In my country, bitcoin is not that very popular.  Many are still having doubt to join bitcoin people because the one that introduce bitcoin are those investment/MLM company like onecoin  and bitclub.  It is sad to think that the first one to introduce bitcoin in my place are known scam company.

No idea what is the exact scenario around me and how many of them are really into bitcoins, but to be honest I don't have time to keep on wasting my time to know who are actually using it as I want to make best  use of time in earning it.

Same thing happens in my country too. Not many people know about BTC, and it's a bad thing for me at least. None of my friends knew about BTC before I told them, but now I have about 20-30 friends I taught about the cryptocurrencies. I wish it was way more popular.
