After a  full recovery wallet, I missed my blackbytes, how can it recover?
any solution? I missing blacbytes from two, previous distribution Sad

close the client, replace the byteball folder with backup one if you have  it in store
done it, but no change, probably because my stored backup older than distribution took place...

in this case I think there is no way to restore

Any new byteball developments roadmap wise or tony taking a small break?  I  worry that price  rise  is  more  speculation than actual  usage would  be  nice  to  see  some  development  of  byteball assets  because  real  world use it what  will really  make this  project  moon even  though technically  it already has Grin

You aren't here since the beginning of this coin otherwise you'd see that this is the fastest coin when it comes to new updates, bug fixing and new features as well, tony rolls them out basically every 2-3 weeks. Honestly you could say it's only speculation about any coin but this.

Anyone know resource requirements to run a full node? Is it just storage that's required basically?

A "full node" is a hub or a relay. Yes mostly storage. About 1GB growth per month. Also bandwidth as wallets synch from hubs database (full wallets) or fetch and post to hubs (light wallets).

Thanks, just curious what kind of VPS might be needed. Sounds like CPU and RAM not too important. Considering trying to put up an IRC bot maybe...

Based on previous calculations 6-7 distribution round remains. So it should end either on december's full moon or at new year's full moon (jan 2), right?

Seeing so many ICOs out there, I have to say that this one, without ICO, is one of the very best of all altcoins. It is growing rapidly and will take more shares in the altcoins space for sure.

We should really do something about the synch time though. Would it make synch faster if there were more hubs and relays? Do hubs and relays have to have public/static IP addresses?

Quite interested to get into this now I see some interest and the asset of black/darkcoin into it.
This is the very first coin I actually experimented with in getting started in to alts.
But this one is confusing me a bit.
There are tokens to collect but then it says about sending bitcoins to a wallet so to get these tokens.
Need some advice how this all works without having to go thru 498 pages just to "get started".

Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks. Grin

Try reading the first post, it will have most of the information you need.
You don't need to send bitcoins anywhere, but you have link it to the transition bot, you link it by signing a message.
But basically follow the bot's instructions

Should probably change market to Mbytes instead of Gbyte, the high price is probably scaring people away.

i have the same opinion with you.

we should do that, i think it's a good move for this project..

why can not people realize this?

i think we need use Mbyte !  can we vote for this? how can i sign a message with my byteball wallet?

thank you

I agree Mbytes or even bytes look more attractive

Yes. Let's do MBYTE!!!

Total supply of 1000 000 Gb equals to 1000 000 000 Mb/1000 000 000 000 Kb / 1000 000 000 000 000 B.  The last thriad has too many zerous that undermine the coin's value. I find that, for me, personally GByte sounds very solid,  I am all for it and all opposite to Mb/Kb/B
I concur. No need to change. We are at this stage with GBytes. May be in the future if situations change and after all the circulation is complete. But for the simplicity sake, Gbytes is very ideal and catchy. Leave it as it is please.

Both questions  deserves  a yes. As for the current state you can try different hubs to choose one that best for sync
