Should probably change market to Mbytes instead of Gbyte, the high price is probably scaring people away.
i have the same opinion with you. we should do that, i think it's a good move for this project.. why can not people realize this? i think we need use Mbyte ! can we vote for this? how can i sign a message with my byteball wallet?
thank you

Leaving it at 1GB makes it more expensive, at 1MB it would attract more newcomers since it's "cheap" that way After a certain price point, GB will be just too big, especially once it goes beyond BTC price.

But it would be a good marketing effect when GBYTE becomes more expensive then BTC. Right now BTC is the most expensive coin and GBYTE second.

unti bias has already done a massive amount of damage to bitcoin's attractiveness to noobs. byteball should change it while it's still easy.

I think it is a disadvantage! The psychological barrier will be very hard if the price goes higher and closer to btc!

nah. check the average forum. the one attraction alts have for people is that they're 'cheaper'. i've heard this directly out of people's mouths. i'll bet that's one of the main reasons for the alt bubble. if bitcoin was priced in mbtc, bits, or whatever someone going on coinbase wouldn't even give ltc a second glance. it's stupid, but people are stupid. they can't even be bothered to figure out the total supply of coins so they're more attracted to something priced at $1 with 50 trillion supply than one priced at $10 with a 1 million supply. i see it on here often enough. i think that's one of satoshi's biggest mistakes and it required zero effort on his, or anyone else's, part.

Me too, I also think it will be a positive change when trading MB instead of BB, not important but positive

If it is easily doable, i would also vote for Mbytes instead of Gbytes. It might have a psychological effect, people like to buy 'cheap' (Mbytes), instead of expensive(Gbyte), even though the price would be the same. It could attract more people joining Byteball. Just my 2kbytes

I don't get what you guys mean by "vote for mbytes". In the clients you can set it as you like and on the exchanges its the choice of the operator.

Ok, I get you. So it will increase liquidity on the exchanges and get more people into Byteball, which is good. But Tony has to be convinced and contact the exchanges I guess.

BTW, if you want fresh money (noobs) to invest, it's best to change it to bytes not MB, right now a coin would be 0.00000063$, now that's insanely cheap, looks like it's almost free, anyone can afford that but I'd say bringing it down to MB is enough, you don't want the total supply to have so many zeros

Yeah, buying cookies by piece instead of by bag is so much cheaper, they should change prices in the mall. Damn it, I overpay a hell all the time!!!
