Around a year and a half. I started shortly after the new group took over. I look forward to being a part of this community for a long time!

What is an average work day like for you?
I am a customer service manager. I assist the live chat team, review deposits, withdrawals and support tickets, with a bit of social media posting. I do my best to lighten the load of the other managers. I chose the night shift to allow the management team to get more done during the daytime. I'm sure it is pretty noticeable how much is changing at Betcoin. The improvements take a lot of team work. It is pretty much non-stop. We work long hours, but as we grow, more staff is added which helps lighten the load. We are also the first line of defense for the security team. Not all players are honest, which must be dealt with politely, yet firmly. That can be difficult at times. However, the vast majority of players are honest and fun to help. I enjoy what I do, however sometimes I would pay good money for more sleep

What do you like best about working at Betcoin?
The team is what I like best. Everyone gets along with one another fabulously. We work together as a team and the level of trust is amazing. I also like that it is okay sometimes to say "I don't know" and get coaching through difficult issues. What I like second best is being paid in Bitcoin.

What are your hopes/predictions for the future of cryptocurrency?
I hope Bitcoin will become as common as the cell phone. I predict a future where we can pay for all products in it. I also predict cryptocurrency will be the payment system for AI. I think, eventually, autonomous corporations will distribute funds using cryptocurrency contracts such as Ethereum allows. The most important prediction is a future that will allow man to have equity in his own future and that the siphoning of wealth will become no longer possible by the current banking systems. A non-fiat non-debt based economy. I had a dream a couple of years ago that the blockchain created a single language for the entire world and people of all nations were able to talk to one another easily. And the result was the end of hegemony and the wars that result from such bullying. A kinder gentler world.

What are your favorite casino games and why?
I love to play craps, and hope soon to stream live sessions. So many people have told me they wish to learn the game. I also like to consider myself a part-time professional poker player.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I don't have much spare time, but I like to spend it with my family, especially my grandson.He is 9 years old and such a good person. We love to go bowling and he is learning to play chess, as well.
