I have opened a ticket, but thought the community should be made aware of the situation (as I have NEVER encountered this in many years of online poker)...

so today I won the "50GTD/1 chip R/A" tourney today that ran at 2:30eat.  I won 24.4mBTC that I have YET to be credited for. After talking to Betcoin Brent I was told, "you should be paid tomorrow, or possible the next day. Sorry for the inconvenience"... SERIOUSLY?? I have never played ANYWHERE on online, where after you cash a tournament, you are not credited almost immediately after the tournament has concluded... this is totally unacceptable! After talking to other players who cashed, they have yet to be paid either... I shouldn't have to contact support in order to be paid period... If this was an issue Betcoin was aware of (which I was told by Brent they were), they should have made it known here as well as other social media outlets ("hey guys there is a delay in tournament winnings right now, but we are aware and working on the problem")... it's called transparency, and shows integrity. We had a major update that ended Thursday / Friday and it has taken a few days to sync the auto payments for just the Betcoin tournaments which is only the 50GTD R/A and the Betcoin Daily Coin main event, therefore roughly 30 players were in your same situation and were typically paid shortly thereafter.  We do also see the 24.4 in your main account. 

There have been several posts on the forum at www.betcoin.ag therefore we have been very transparent and clear with our players that is why you don't hear any other comments because everyone already knew this. 

Our other option was to take the tournaments offline for a couple days but the players decided they would rather have these tournaments with a manual pay for a few days than to have them removed.  Based on you winning this tournament, it was probably best for you that we left this tournament up as well!

We immediately are always suspect when someone states that a ticket was not responded to and we ask the players login name and they don't give it.  You had one previous ticket that was answered in fact very quickly.  

Once we saw this statement "two tickets were never responded to" and confirmed you only had one ticket which was responded to quickly, we knew we had someone who wasn't telling the truth and when that person then says "transparency and integrity" we know exactly who that player is.  We confirmed it using other factors as well.  You should play with your main account as you have gained some valuable status points and we now have better ways to filter spam.  Clearly you enjoy playing at Betcoin and we really don't want to take that away from you ever.

As most of you know and the post by Beefheart pointed out, for the past 5 days, instant payouts after tournament wins were not paying automatically and had to be manually added.  All payments were manually added and then when the fix was complete, the system auto paid the winners therefore giving the winners a double payment.  We expected this to happen and planned to deduct and update accounts accordingly, however to thank our great players, we are allowing you to keep the double payment which for some was substantial.  Truly an extra benefit to all of our great players.

I am NOT playing on two accounts FWIW... please do not bring me into your questioning, if you are not aware of the details. If you would like the "details" PM me and I would be glad to share them with you as to my response to Betcoin concerning a "main account". I have nothing to hide, however I do not want to post here, and "spam". I think you would agree (as has Betcoin) there is nothing unethical about the circumstances. I have been somewhat critical of Betcoin in the past (hence they "know exactly who I am") but am quite satisfied with the way this was handled.

I'm not meaning to bring you into this, but it's just what they are making it look like.  I believe you over them for sure but dont u see the way they try and make u look bad but dont realize they are saying they let people cheat in doing so?

They are basically bullying u into not complaining anymore.

If I have an issue I will certainly let them know directly. I have no problem respecting their no "spam" request as there is another "uncensored" thread for that.
