Bitcoin is a good investment because of it's price and if you're a long term investor you can really earn a good profit buying a bitcoin for now. We can't predict the price of bitcoin but there is a high chance that it will go for $2000 few months from now

so I think prices will rise in the next few years

Still it's uncertain.. All of us are hoping for a better future but our expectations will really come? I do believe that the price of bitcoin now is quite good anyhow, so it is better to buy as long as you can affor to buy it, it will be difficult if the value will increase more than 1300$, lets take the chance to save more, more of it. Besides, you are not just saving it but also a type of assets and investment too.

Even if you have a dollar you can afford to buy some bitcoin what it happens is just that is going to be a very small quantity of it and as time passes on the amount of bitcoin you can buy with that very same dollar seems to be getting lower and lower.

As the firm noted, in recent days much of the investing and financial world was focused on a meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, attended by Federal Reserve chairperson Janet Yellen. But GMO analysts were watching other things and events happening in the market.

In August, the firm noted in its monthly report – reproduced in part by Zero Hedge – that Shiller P/E, a respected metric for measuring U.S. equities valuation, surpassed 27. Given that normally its range is somewhere slightly above 16, it appears that valuations are looking a bit larger than they should be.

What's more, GMO noted, the last time the Shiller P/E was above 27 was in October 2007, "and we all know how that movie ended," the GMO report said.

After that, analysts contrasted those metrics with actual market returns of the S&P 500 Index spanning the past five years. "Truly meteoric," the firm wrote, adding this caveat: "As an aside, we at GMO have always been leery of drawing too many investment conclusions from staring at economic data–we are more valuation-oriented, after all–but even we are struck by the divergence."

I would rather go for bitcoin trading than altcoin. Altcoin trading is profitable but very risky since you never know when prices will fall and you may never be able to recover your investment. However altcoin mining if you have a very powerful rig is good if you can dump it within the few hours of hype when the coin is released. Pump and dumping of altcoins is profitable for the early entrants and not for other people.

i can't completely understand what you mean but bitcoin for businesses is the best thing for them because it doesn't have charge back and small merchants are always being scammed because of charge back that any other fiat related service has.
