I think you are trying to say that this is the good time to buy bitcoins and not to sell may be you did a typo mistake as selling now is not profitable as price is too low so this would be a good time to buy bitcoins and sell when price recovered once again.

It doesn't matter where you buy bitcoin, to buy it is not any danger, it matters where you store it. Never leave your investments in online wallets or on exchange sites. Keep it in a paper or an offline hardware wallet or at a desktop one at least. The only "danger" of investment may be if you invest more than you can afford. You should always think twice before you put your money into something.

The price isn't stable at all. The price per Bitcoin was around $1,146, now it's at $1,004. That price drop doesn't seem like it's within a stable price range at all.
When there is a huge dump like that -the price should drop even further than what it is right now.
