With 80% can not start the project? Inchain is below 15%!
What if change the BTC bonus? Reduce LSK bonus and increase BTC ?! Or is it not possible Huh Lips sealed

Changing the terms of TEC in such a way is bad business. We offered refund if certain conditions are not met (in this case 2000BTC minimum) changing that one sided is a breach of trust.
If both side agrees that is another matter, but with 1500 participants that is not that easy to arrange.

But no matter, there is always a solution, other funding method, other forms of crowsfunding. ARK is not going anywhere, and there are several possible avenues to take.

Also, this TEC is still far from over, in ICOs most funds come in in the first and the last 48 hours. The Lisk community forging start next week could also shake things up in several different ways.

Of course! Several ico suffer in the beginning and we have about 18 days! I will be waiting!!

awesome dude, glad to have you aboard!

Just woke up from hibernation. Can someone explain what is ark and how it is related to LISK?

ARK is an offshoot of the Global Delegate Team who were running a lot of mainnet and testnet nodes for lisk while doing a lot of other tasks on the backend of the lisk project.  We are also a lot of the people who were going to create sidechain projects for Lisk.

About 30 of us left and decided to start our own project called ARK.  ARK doesn't do sidechains and has a very different voting mechanism.

ARK has raised over 6 million lisk thus far.

Lisk is probably pretty close to its bottom, given that they have barely touched their funding. On top of that, they have benefited a lot from the BTC price increases. I still don't see more than a possible near term 25% downside in Lisk price and a strong possibility of a 10-40X upside over the next couple of years. Their biggest challenge after they have access to their funds will be finding blockchain qualified developers to accelerate their progress. Our challenge in Ark at this point will be to have enough BTC on hand to not have to touch the Lisk for a long time, if ever. Our monthly budget is $40,000 USD per month after TEC, so this is roughly equal to the forging earnings of the team member Lisk delegates if needed, though we would rather spend BTC for as long as possible before using even lisk from delegate earnings.

But so far you've only collected 118 BTC. This means after 2 months is over if your planned budget is $40,000 USD per month...

From this follows you have to sell your collected Lisk or you voted your own delegates (at least 20?) in the Top 101 of Lisk with your Lisk ICO fund.

IMHO Your ICO is planned completely wrong. And it's definitely not good support for Lisk.

because you don't like the guy who shouts, because the one who is selectively silent is more believable, that is not good critical thinking.

As you said, those shouting loud (even if they are right) will always be the bad guys. Me personally? I've invested in ARK and I hope this project will be successful but an official representative who unleash publicly does tarnish the project he represent... that's all.

The same can't be said for individuals. While cannabanana was rather vocal about his dislike of Lisk and it's management, it's not ARK teams offical stand on the issue.
~

I see it quite differently.

Chin Song aka cannabanana is official the Head of Communication of Ark. He also speaks for Ark, whether you want it or not.

For me and many many other users it looks like this is your tactics. This Cannatroll throw Lisk with shit in the hope that people bring their Lisk to Ark.

And the statement of the Akr team. Oh guys...we have nothing to do with that...Canna acts only as a private individual...

Most of the ARK crew team members are already in current 102-201 places on mainnet so there won't be any huge changes there when forging commences if we decide to vote or not with ARKs' LISKs' (we even said we are willing to talk to Max about who to endorse for delegate position if needed). And as Mike said - the favouring of LISK in ARK is due to the fact that LISK has a lot more potential to grow than BTC (LISK team still hast mostly untouched funds, the BTC price even rose so they have even more funding if converted to FIAT) - I'm not saying LISK can't fail but risk / reward ratio is certainly better than currently with BTC (which can also swing one way or another). And you are correct we'll need funding, but in no way we'll be manipulating the market and dumping the LISK on it in huge quantities - it would be the same as we would be spitting in our own bucket. But I do hope we end up getting more BTC in the last 2 weeks - it would help tremendously to fund running operations.

As you can see here and in Lisk thread that Lisk fanboys are trying to provoke cannabanana so that canna can lash out and bump Lisk thread.  We are better than that.
We have stayed clear of Lisk thread and will continue to do so and just focus on ARK.

Quote from: cannabanana
I don't know what they would do but the stuff they have been doing is too much coincidence.  He announced Forging the SAME day as the day our TEC launched.

Everyone at Lisk are actively preparing mainnet for the last 4 months at least.... well before the birth of ARK, and anyway a good communicator like you should not unleash such bad language... Sadly this incident tarnish not only your reputation but the entire project/team you're representing.

Wow, a little "bad language" and you run? Interesting. I, on the other hand, agree with his outrage at what was done. While he may have offended some people, the gravity of the event overshadows the outburst. Have you never gotten stinking mad at anything? His response was from the gut and, to the point.

There is lot of screwing over in this industry by people you thought were friends or at least, business like and occasionally we all loose it in public. If you truly believe in eternity, as your graphic suggests, then I say to you, forgive, forget, turn the other cheek and move on.

Do you seriously think Max has purposely done that so as to screw your campaign? Lisk is an established project with 14,009 BTC, 80 million XCR exchanged and a strict road map to follow in oder to fufill it's commitment toward the investors. Although a bad coincidence for your campaign, you guys should have a plan B and focus on marketing if you want to reach your goals.

"the one who is selectively silent"

That's the dangerous one, not the guy shouting...
