Also your Ticket and the problem should be sorted soon ! Thats the Info from the Support i got.

More i cant do at the moment , but they looking at it and on it , looks like Weekend support things take a bit longer !

Hello Lafu,
3 days ago my DOGE withdrawal has stuck with status "processing",
i wrote a ticket #CS0069787, and almost immediately got a reply "require a wait time of 48 hours after the withdrawal request was placed"
and they promised to resolve problem asap.

3 days have passed and my DOGE transfer still have status "processing"...  Nothing changed...  Since I bought a doge for 90 satoshi at ~ $ 650
I worry that at any time the price can hard dump and i can lost money due to withdrawal delays!
Please, help me! Just cancel that broken operation and give my coins back to balance!

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS

Our recent average response times are under 7 hours and our mean time to resolution is 2.5 days. We are still aiming to deliver a one-hour response rate and for 90% of tickets to be resolved within one business day. The 10% of new tickets we are unable to resolve within that time frame generally relate to issues for coins in maintenance and this is often outside of our control. Please see our Help Centre article about why coins need to go into maintenance for further information.

3. REFRESHED NEW LOOK & IMPROVED FEATURES
 
We have today rolled out a fresh new look that is the start of a whole host of changes that will deliver a faster and cleaner experience for our users. We would appreciate your feedback and encourage you to create a new support ticket. Please ensure you categorise the ticket as 'Exchange', subcategory 'Other' with the Subject of 'Design Feedback' and include the device and browser you are using as well as any screenshots to ensure our development team can review. Yep, I noticed the new look this morning while going to do my routine with Cryptopia. The revamp is nicely done and give a better look in 2018 standard. (I like the homepage for example). Also, the site's performance is better for me, I mean the speed increased compared to before. (There is just the chart that can take longer to be displayed, often loading instantly but sometimes it takes ~1 minute)

helium mainnet is now running some weeks and your exchange where most guys hold the coins is not able to change wallet from offline to online. for what do you need that long time. thats the reason why i stop using your exchange long time ago. you need for everthing sooooo long. thats nowadays in crypto completly shit.
