Syndicate (SYNX) Delisting Notice (23/04/18)

As of today (April 23rd), Syndicate (SYNX) has been put into delisting. The reason for this is because Syndicate is performing a 1:1 coin swap to upgrade to a new chain.

Cryptopia will not be participating in the swap.

The coin will be fully delisted one month from today (last day on the exchange being May 22nd).

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

We are aware of further site performance issues,
we have a lot of staff working on it (and more have been woken to assist).
For those using our API we have temporarily reduced request limits.
Apologies for the inconvenience, we'll be back to full service as soon as possible.

Can you just give an estimated timeline when people will be able to see their byteball deposits in their accounts?
A week? Two weeks? Month?
I hope it can be sorted out ASAP because it isn't bringing much good name to the exchange.


I really hope this could be resolved already. Its almost a week with no reply or update in the ticket. Although I have been very patient for the past days, but its very frustrating now.

There is some performance issue for Cryptopia, and some user has reported their balances missing too. Just wait the team is working on it. And I believe right now it should be fixed.

Corrected and stable? In what world are you living in? So for you byteball wasn't even an issue?
I still cannot see my byteball balance. It is still 0 as it was a week ago.

Today I sent a new ticket and received ticket confirmation e-mail. But it says "Our current wait times are sitting at 11 days."

C'mon guys, please hire more people to support team. I'm sure you have a budget to cover, probably it would be a small expense on your side.

After putting the Google Authentication code in the text box, click the Verify Code (I think that's what you missed). If you provided a correct one, it will turn green (see image below) and the Submit button will be enabled.

Yes that helped me out perfectly.  I once used to turn the 2FA on but it was long long time ago and I forgot about this box. Thanks a lot mate!

Not yet, alot of us are losing money because order can delay up to more than 2 minutes where the price is not the desired one anymore. During that period of time, no confirmation of the order being placed is received so that at least one would have a chance to cancel it when this kind of laggyness is spotted.

16 days and things still aren´t resolved. I´d be careful to let more things like that happen if I was you as it really scares people away. Such a shame, you used to be rock solid.

I have been having good support and resolution of issues like some withdraws.  Some response is about two days.  I think the respect you give them is the respect you get back in return.  Still waiting on inflationcoin withdraws though about five days but I have no reason to believe that won't be cleared up.

I am waiting for the same. There is absolutely no response at all from the cryptopia team as to if they are even doing something about this issue or not.

Bye bye my bytes ! I'd advice everyone to stay away from the scam exchange till things are sorted out.
