Hi everyone, sorry for the delay in response. @AngusCanine curious if you submitted a support request as I didn't see anything come through. I will be looking into this today and double checking the email servers etc Regarding payouts, it seems that a block was found on December 31, 2016 and I have noticed that the block reward is only 12 and not the 12.5 that I have the software set to. https://classic.zcha.in/transactions/1d1e4e1d05af98c1f407bf4696600286bd128100faca6d5cb7d77350a482dcf2I was not aware the block reward for zcash could vary like this and most likely the payout failed when it tried to payout 12.5 I just got back from holidays and will be digging deeper into this today  Will keep you updated |

I observed a small fork earlier today and resynched back to the main chain, nothing was lost, just the stratum was unavailable for a short time while resync was in progress. I've paid the orphaned blocks from my fees, so you've got paid for everything.
And no, no double spend attack

One of the ZCLassic developers issued a statement , about the orphaned blocks that happened early this week Taken from: https://zdeveloper.org/news:orphanedblocks-2017040104 January 2017 During this week a blockchain fork occured resulting in 275 blocks being orphaned. At this time there is no indication of malicious intention. However the availability of cloud-mining services and the current low hashrate of Zclassic leaves the blockchain still susceptible to this risk. By design the blockchain operates by the majority of miners performing the work so the best mitigation is to boost the network hashrate. Additionally we have also provided guidance to exchanges to minimize their risk by lengthening transaction confirmation times. Zclassic is a self-funded project maintained by all volunteers. As a way to incentivize mining with Zclassic and to boost the network hashrate we will be starting an official mining pool based on our open-source mining platform. As a way to add additional incentive to mine Zclassic we will be offering miners an additional 6% in block rewards when mining on our pool. After the incentization period is over the pool will move to normal operations (with fees) to help gather funding for the project and to also assist its growth.
