Anyone running a zclassic node should update ASAP. This includes mining pools, wallet users, and exchanges!

Quick directions for updating your node as soon as the fix is posted:
upgrade zclassic node to 1.08a

go to zclassic directory
git pull
follow directions here: https://github.com/z-classic/zclassic

./zcutil/build.sh -j$(nproc)
zcash-cli stop
./src/zcashd or copy zcashd and zcash-cli to your preferred locations and run your start scripts

Is it getting pumped or what?? from 0.4$ to 4.4$ during a short time period, sucks only having 14.5 ZCL now(was planning to hold more but i did not want to pay 3$ earlier). Last time i checked deposits where disabled on bittrex which may explain some things..

This is the second or third time i miss 10x increase  i expect the price to go down again due to the high inflation, also other coins are likely to add zksnarks possibly making zclassic obsolete

Good observation.  I'm asking myself the same question.  Most probable is like you said, they corrected circulating supply upwards IMO.  But on which basis? I hope there isn't an unrecognized hack behind this, like it happened to Zcoin recently.

Interesting, by my calculations ZEN distribution will take place around May 1st... if ZCL uses 2.5 min block time.  

I wouldn't wait to eat lunch that long tho

The block number doesn't matter, fork its for may 23rd , just keep coin in your wallet before the fork that it.
