So.. in this fork, 8.4% goes to the forkers?

Also, ZCL was first created to eliminate the 10% founders tax, and now ZEN is doing the same thing with their %. Bullshit.

Colleagues, I observe the mining of this coin 3 days. I am concerned a very strange phenomenon. The miner with the address t1actVSAhVnM2ididm5d3fPwDTZBAey3bbw periodically finds in a row a large number of blocks in a short time. This happens about once every 1.5 hours. Here is a screenshot of the Block explorer where the miner found 11 blocks in a row in 2 minutes. Bullshit There will be no changes in ZClassic (ZCL)! It is community coin which will be still maintained and updated after zcash updates. ZEN will introduce new features, that's why we need to hard fork ZCL. Only ZEN will have so called tax. Again, there will be no changes in ZClassic (ZCL). After 100k block new coin (ZEN) will be created (forked) from ZClassic blockchain and all ZCL holders can benefit from this.
