there's 2 750TI gpus, and i always thought, that once a share is found, the full hashing power (added from all cards) is shown. This would mean, he only gets 200khash per card.
Great catch.

Could you post your settings? The best I could get for my 280x is 6Mhs. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys,
I am using my gaming PC for part-time mining. It uses a GTX 770 windforce 3X (core: 1137MHz, with boost to 1189, mem: 7010) and a intel 4770K, on a Asus B85-PLUS mobo, running windows 7 64-bit. I use the newest drivers and updates, including beta for the drivers.
My settings as of now are: D:\Cuda Manager V1.1 no-miner\Cuda Manager no-miner\Miners>cudaminer.exe -l K8x32 -i 0 -H 1 -o stratum+tcp://multi1.wemineall.com:5555 -O rabeen.1:x Which gives me 409 khash/s on scrypt. The temps are usually around 66 degrees with windows open, and 72 if I keep them closed for a few days when I am away for the weekend, both with fans around the 50-55%. The GPU runs at 100% during use, but power use at 88%, and it uses around 18% of the CPU. The computer remains responsive during mining, and I can watch HD vids at youtube with chrome and play flash games without a problem. Do you guys have any tips to squeeze some extra out of it? I tried overclocking, but it turns unstable pretty fast and I found it not worth the hassle.
Many thanks in advance.
Edit: I have tried using a CPU miner on the side (poolers), but even with a limited amount of threads it results in a decrease in the khash of the CUDAminer, making me lose more hashes than I gained.

Could you dump your BIOS with nvflash and share it?

Could you dump your BIOS with nvflash and share it? No point...he's using an outdated GPU-Z, hence wrong information there--and he's getting only ~200 kH/s per the two cards he's running in cudaminer. Very deceptive...

Look I have 7 of the exact the same card and it doesn`t have 960 cuda and makes 300khs overclocked. that is pretty standard, do not get fooled with 2 cards hashrate

what I find funny regarding the heavycoin, is the fact that people refuse to believe there are gpu miner out there. I am pretty sure there are more people on the heavycoin threads who believe in E.T. than is gpu mining heavycoin...

The worst part was that all the algos except the hefty was already available for gpu.

Think how nice if you actually had 960 cuda and 80 tmu instead of 640 and 40. Turned off only by Bios waiting for an Nvidia 750 Boost will be launched on the market .

It's terrible really...either go with some form of prime number finding algo, or go memory intensive and embrace both gpu and cpu. Start with a high N factor and bingo. N factor 14 yac is pretty decent on both cpu and gpu.

No point...he's using an outdated GPU-Z, hence wrong information there--and he's getting only ~200 kH/s per the two cards he's running in cudaminer. Very deceptive... That's pretty poor speeds anyway. Both of my 6x rig's are ~1750-1850 (I keep it at 1750, as one or more of the cards doesn't like my modest OC and I haven't figured out which one yet, tho it runs stable 12+ hours before acting up. At 1750-1800 it doesn't have any issues) and temps aren't even moving over 55 (no case, just a desk fan). I suspect improvements to cudaminer and possibly nvidia drivers will increase that slightly as well. So far I'm pretty happy with the 750 ti's (power draw) over my 290's, 290x's. Need to take the rig to my kill-o-watt tho still to really determine the difference in cost @ wall. I'm excited for the next release in the series. Anyone else noticed that these have incredibly low reject rates?

I think, from recent postings at least, that the news is "don't waste your time with HVC"...

According to me it is not time wasted
There is still a very good profit margin if we put cudaminer available for HVC.

IPO holders who are still in denial over how much they've lost What more funny is now people rushing to mine HVC with all their might despite that this coin is now longer profitable. Hashrate has gone 6 times while the price drops. I have stopped mine HVC a few hours ago and I don't think Christian should waste his time to improve HVC cudaminer anymore.

when you can have it available? Thank you.
about 100 HVC per 30 min with 12 Mhash currently We will triple the hash rates today after discovering a way to optimize this greatly. .

5000 a day is very optimistic at the moment (depending of your rig... obviously). Today I was able to get something like 100 (1 card) in 6 hours...
