The current ccminer development version does around 25 MHash/s for groestlcoin on 3 750 Ti cards. EVGA FTW edition, no overclock beyond factory clocks due to running Linux. With a bit of OC, that would be 9 MHash/s per card.

Put on all T5x24 , run the 4-12 version  , overclock them to 1250mhz core and 3100mhz ram and you will have about 300 for all. And run x86 version the most important.
I have 6x750ti overclocked and set to T5x24 and that is the optium , If you try all different cards with different setting you will end up crazy.

wow that worked and they were all mining around 270 base clock and then within a couple minutes it started failing so I think I'd maybe need to change the clock speeds like you recommended. How much do I add on top of the card's clock speeds do you know? I'm using EVGA so it's either plus or minus clock speeds and not set clock speed to x amount.

I have been using the card reviews at TechPowerUp.com for getting a good baseline on what the card can be OC'd up to.

I am not exactly sure how they come to their settings, but they have put me right in the ballpark for both of the cards I have right now.

Their reviews are extensive, and the overclock info page has the GPU-Z screenshot of their overclock settings.

I have found that everyone using the +100/+500 terms varies so much based on the card you are using and if it comes out of the box with any OC settings is kind of useless unless you have that exact same model of card.

My MSI 750ti OC 2GB running at their recommended 1145 MHz GPU/1675 MHz Mem and for 3 of my 4 cards that works flawlessly (~295 khash/s). Card 3 seems to not be able to handle that, but I scaled it back a bit until it was stable and figure it is just not a perfect card, but haven't had time to delve any further into that.

I also have two MSI 750ti TF 2GB running at 1210 MHz GPU/1675 MHz Mem. These are hashing out faster than the OC model, and run a good 14 c cooler even at the higher speeds (~325 khash/s).

Unless you have the exact same model the other people's settings will drive you nuts not being able to match... it took me a good two weeks to understand why I couldn't match the settings others were using, but it was because my card was pre-oc'd and only needed another +31MHz on the GPU to get the same settings.

i think until the launch of the new ccminer, things are going to be hard to mine atall. i tried to bechmark cudaminer 28-2 for utc and yac but it just crashes, ccminer seems a lot better then cudaminer, which i havent used for a good while now.

will be interesting to see what x11 and groestl brings. if groestl does triple its performance i will stick to that, should bring my profit to £2.40 a day, which would be amazing

Hmm odd, seems strange that the config works well for me but not you guys :S As I say, I get about 3.2KH like that.

Make sure you take in to account power usage when doing profit calcs (which is why whattomine is nice). What hashrate do you get on Groestl? The calculator I checked for that seems to suggest that at 3khs a card I'd actually be better off mining scrypt. Have I got the groestl hash rate wrong?

ATM groestl on 750Ti makes 0.00163391 BTC per day (no power cost)
IF you are able to get 3KH/s ok YAC is more profitable, but with 1.8 it isn't. And mining yac means no other activity on PC, groestl allows normal desktop usage
12/04 version crashes on me, 28/02 works ok, but with 64x1 it crawls with 0.2kh/s!
Palit 750Ti - the OC one, default 1200/1500, my OS is 8.1, cpu is SandyBridge 3GH ...\\

Can you explain how to try fine-tuning batch size?

To be honest I think that config was posted on overclock.net - I'm really not sure how to fine tune batch size, and if I remember when I tried without or smaller size there wasn't a huge difference.

Are you running on risers? I am straight in to the board on two full size slots. Funnily enough I am actually running two Palit 750 Storm X OC (single fan) as well... I am on Linux though. Using 28/2 version of cudaminer. Usability is not an issue as it's a server that sits in a cupboard and I occasionally log in via VPN

The other thing is system RAM - I have 8 gig. I believe the high n-factor coins use a fair bit of actual system RAM or virtual memory.

Alright we're in business! Unfortunately they aren't as high as I was hoping for these cards and GPU 2 is still being a party pooper and crashing on me and then only mining at 33Kh/s and here's my bat file. Would you say that one card is bad or something else wrong? I guess I could figure it out when I get home and I can play with the riser and the card and maybe switch it around to see if I can get it to perform correctly. Thanks so much for your help btw. I've poored too many hours trying different clock speeds and different profiles (is that what the T5x24 is? It's called a profile?).

And lastly, I'd like to get my 7970 back to mining now but it says something about there being a bunch of cards on the computer and I think it would mine if in the bat file I pointed it directly at the card to mine with but I don't know how to do that in my SGMiner. Any ideas? Here's what I have in my bat file for the 7970.

Don't trust my word for it, but that looks a lot like my antminer U2's when they were on the standard wall supply, switched it to a heavier duty 5V source and now they're all more or less alike.
It could be that your power supply isn't delivering enough current? Are you using power from the motherboard? Maybe that's the bottleneck?

There is a command in sgminer which displays the mapping of the opencl devices and you have to enter to the number given by that command.
This command is --ndevs.
You need to run first cgminer --ndevs (put a pause at the end of the bat file, as cgminer exits right after displaying the info).
It will displays the number associated to each opencl devices (gpu, cpu and even integrated gpu... you need to select the one corresponding to your card)

even with quark + groestl speeds to the max there's not much profits to be made.

at the moment, profitable coins (or soon to become) are rather using X11 (or still scrypt... cinni, wc etc..)
I am mining Borgcoin   (I don't think it will become profitable...) and Juggalocoin (it should be profitable)
and BCC should do something (was not able to get a block at the launch)
