Hi for the previous error i have solve it, thank for all your help and able to mine but i felt very strange with the miner is that it keep on appearing  "Stratum detected new block" and didn't show the hash rate like "accepted: 1/1 (100.00%), 199.59 khash/s (yay!!!)" something like which i have done on a cpuminer before. Does it mean i have set incorrectly i have go according to what it said on the previous install openssl-dev which mention above and install all the necessary stuff to make the miner work, will your help me again and i will be very tankful to you. And by the way thanks to that person who willing to help me and i am very grateful to you that you have came to help me.

Edit:  My setting will be this: ./cudaminer -o stratum+tcp://yac.coinmine.pl:9088 -u meodows92.meodows92 -p 123digdug --algo=scrypt-jane:YAC  I am using linux as it uses less memory than windows.

Have you tried mining on normal scrypt coins and seen if the same error is present? I believe the newest version(not 28/2) has a problem with scrypt jane.

That's strange, I compiled yesterday what was on github and I don't have any problem.
Tested on MRC, I am getting 48khash/s (not sure if it is the correct speed either) but it is about 5khash faster than standard version.
I also have some 10 khash/s increase in scrypt (730 insteas of 720).

Technically you can mine x11 on NV with sgminer..  but it sucks.

Totally off-topic,but my friend was showing a recrystallization experiment in his lab and they use something called a Buchner funnel. All I could think of was Nvidia whenever it was mentioned 

X11 should be coming this month,I think?

Compile the 28/Feb version and it should work fine with YAC. Or any other coin for that matter.

(In the parenthesis is crap not needed to post on the forum.)

I copied this from my laptop's Minerd (CPUMiner).All I need is help with modifying the batch code so it can work with cudaminer.

the coin has a serious design flaw, you only need to mine Keccak, and ignore
all the other hashes.

nice to know about Buchner funnels. Hadn't come accross them yet
(although I did use the CUDA funnel shifter before)

Well... After the whole, made this guy, stuff, it says Unable to query CUDA driver version! Is an nVidia Driver installed?


I probably should've said this first off.
(Also do i need a specific scrypt? I'm trying to use dogecoin, which is a litecoin derivative, which in the readme file said to use just the regular scrypt.)

I just assumed i needed to have a more specific code, because i see other people with huge batch codes for mining. 'sort of a noob u could say, but not like a stupid noob.

I seen 356 blocks mined wit 12 difficulty.

No blocks found yet for me with 4 750ti's. About 156,000 kh/s each card

Hey so I know the basics of mining and how to mine. I have a 7970 I'm mining with in my main desktop and I am just now getting a separate rig with 5 x 750ti's (EVGA 02G-P4-3753-KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB) and I want to know how everyone would do this start to finish. I mine with cudaminer and lately I've heard about cudamanagers and stuff. I've tried over clocking my cards but they end up crashing shortly after starting. I don't know how to mine other than with how the cards come. Also what over clocking software do you guys use? I tried EVGA Precision X and that's kind of dificult becuause it only adds to the clock rather than setting the clock speeds. I am currently mining DOGE with Rapidhash. What is everyone mining and should I switch. I'm looking for some current information. All that I've seen is not up to date for what to do right now. Any help/updated information on mining would be great. I've tried reading previous pages but not sure I understand it all. Oh and what is the deal with all these new types of code Grostle, X11, Keccak? Should we be mining one of these now or what?

Trying to mine Myriad with a GTX 750. When I run the program it says msvcr100.dll is missing

I installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. I am running Windows 7 SP1.

A ccminer v0.6 source code release was made, adding myriad-groestl (the table based groestl implementation like in the SPH library) and a jackpotcoin implementation.

My jackpotcoin implementation computes only the keccak portion of the JHA hashing algorithm and throws away 7 out of 8 hashes. This is way faster than computing the remaining rounds for the hashes that I am throwing away   jackpot is now a CUDA coin it seems, and it is fit for solo mining. Quick, the AMD miners are going to catch up soon.
