weirdly for jackpot coin i have a stake of over 800000 but no balance, even with over 3000 confirms grr its so annoying, i use to mine yac etc. and now i cant even remember
When you wallet is attempting a PoS block, the relative inputs move into stake, and will only be available again after a possible PoS block is matured. There's an option to prevent coins from staking, IIRC, it's -reservebalance XXX (XXX = how much balance to prevent from staking, wallet launch parameter, might not be accurate on this right now). Cheers, ~ Myagui

Btw don't mine groestl if you want profit. Mine scrypt-jane (N=>12). My tips for today (please don't tell Christian ): mine Jackpotcoin. My 30x750Tis farm earned me 100$ for last 30 hours. AizenSou, what hashrate are you getting on your 750Tis with scrypt-jane N12? I think I'm doing ok with ~26Kh/s per card with modest overclocking, but dunno if my settings are good or not, all settings I found posted by other people are netting me worse results. My settings are: -i 0 -L 2 -l T5x12 Cheers, ~ Myagui EDIT: forgot to mention, I'm using the official release from 28-02, newer/community builds have generally misbehaved or not worked at all for scrypt-jane.

bigjme I used --launch-config auto -L 2 -b 4096 -C 0 --single-memory 1 -H 2 and let's cudaminer autotune. I got 3.7 Khs per 750ti without overclock. Not the best but not worst either. I used 28-02 version too because all cudaminer versions behind that date are unusable. Regards,

This is what I mean with scrypt-jane N>=12 coins . YAC includes. I should have been more specific. IE Would you make more RIGHT NOW mining YAC instead of Jackpotcoin? Nope, still solomining JPC. YAC should earn me 30$/day with my total hashrate. I will mine YAC or CACH when I'm bored and don't want to change my rigs alot. But since Christian gives us the opportunity to play around with new coin, so why not?

i will give it a go, thanks Btw FYI you can play with permutation of -L 3 and -b 8192 to see what's the best hashrate for you. I got 10% faster but some rigs become unstable so I stick with stable config. Since you only have one rig it maybe worth. Regards,

i just get constant crashing. If you are using Windows and have another 780GTX in the same rig then it could be anything that causes the crash. How much RAM do you have?

730 * 0.00000650 = 0.004745BTC
can you tell me how you calculated the stuff from diff etc. i really want to do a proper realtime profit calc

Think in a 1-2 weeks timeframe. We're lacking a couple more hash functions still before we can do X11. BTW 3 780Ti cards now mine Animecoin at 18.5 MHash/s. Expect similar performance for all Quark based coins. We still aim for more. Christian Still eagerly awaiting the official release Christian

6 GT 760 cores (3 ASUS MARS), Compute 3.0, with myriad-groestl on Saffroncoin. Just to give you an idea how we're tweaking things. Yesterday this was still around 48 MHash/s, so we just gained 10 MHash/s here. [2014-04-29 19:45:43] 6 miner threads started, using 'myr-gr' algorithm. [2014-04-29 19:47:06] accepted: 1/1 (100.00%), 57663 khash/s (yay!!!)
The 3 GTX 780's didn't see too much improvement during this round of tweaking. Maybe 6 MHash/s more. [2014-04-29 19:52:58] 3 miner threads started, using 'myr-gr' algorithm. [2014-04-29 20:04:25] accepted: 1/1 (100.00%), 62814 khash/s (yay!!!) [2014-04-29 20:17:03] accepted: 2/2 (100.00%), 67374 khash/s (yay!!!) [2014-04-29 20:18:17] accepted: 3/3 (100.00%), 66989 khash/s (yay!!!)
the GTX 780, 2 GTX 750Ti, one GT640 I remember this being just above 40 MHash/s yesterday. [2014-04-29 20:08:17] 4 miner threads started, using 'myr-gr' algorithm [2014-04-29 20:15:29] accepted: 1/1 (100.00%), 50543 khash/s (yay!!!)
So, we're doing great leaps forward here, and soon you will have it too. Too bad the Saffroncoin block reward just fell from 3*72 coins to just 72 coins. Meh. EDIT: ChrisH and I hold half the myr-gr network hash rate of this coin. Every 180 seconds we get a block Christian

Guys, use whattomine.com for profit calc. It's constantly being updated, takes in to account power and is clever in that it will show current estimate and also historic over time

Also, new groestl numbers look awesome Christian! Impressive job. Will be a big boost in earning rate but I expect difficulty will shoot up when you release and we all jump on

No problem! Whatever coin I mine I tend to find real returns are lower once you take in to account pool fees and random losses through orphans etc. I was mining UTC for quite some time (including again recently for a week) and that was particularly bad. It never seemed to matter which pool I tried but I always got 30% less than calculators said. Other coins have been much closer to predicted - within 5-7% which matches up with fees etc.

good spot and for my profit calcs its more of something for me to just look at, and see what i am actually getting. for example the calcs say around 550 a day, i am actually getting over 700. yesterday on groestl i got 37 in one block because it was a very short round and i got shares in, so its not the best to follow unless you plug in real figures, as luck comes into it sometimes the way i am doing it is actually linking it to the wallets, so give me a coin for calcs, and a hashrate and i will give results, i may make it live and just enable coins people want

Every 180 seconds we get a block Christian I was sometimes getting the 216 blocks every 15-30min, but now i'm getting 72 about every 5 I think, so it seems to work out to about the same or better for me at the moment. Who knows if they'll just be more coins I can't sell, but it seems promising so far. Thanks again for all the effort you guys
