The problem I'm having is that the fresh-ccminer only submits what seems to be one share a minute, or a share as soon as a new block is detected, and most of those shares (if not all) aren't accepted.

Try using -f 256 on suprnova. -f 32 on hashharder seems to also smooth out the shares a bit.
Edit: Seems that hashharder might be having issues, even if shares show as accepted in ccminer. I would stick to suprnova for the time being, as the expected payouts with -f 256 are much higher, and the pool-reported hashrate is much more accurate (reflecting a more accurate sharerate).

-f 256 works a lot better yes... (apparently testing on the wallet wasn't enough...)...

But rejoice, there will be an open sourced Wild Keccak nVidia GPU miner published by us, as soon as the Boolberry developer(s) provide
a) some stratum capable pool code for Wild Keccak b) a cpu miner based on cpuminer-multi with some working stratum support
Due to the need for transferring and updating the Wild Keccak scratchpad this won't be trivial, but it's also not impossible.
once a) and b) are available, it won't take long for us to either integrate this into ccminer or publish a fork of cpuminer-multi with some nVidia support.
Christian
Christian, Boolberry stratum code is tested and complete. Both are here -> https://github.com/cryptozoidbergOur test pool has found a few blocks -> http://162.243.210.156/#ExtremePool has the stratum code running on http://boolberry.extremepool.org/Mike
