Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know I've made a free, open-source website to help you verify your YOLOdice bets. It's very easy to use, you can either manually enter in the information or use the site-generated CSV files to batch check many bets at once. It's all client side too, so you're not uploading your bets to some server if that would worry you. It's up live here and you can see the source code here. Here's a picture of what it looks like:

Thanks!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

very nice,thank you!
would be nice if you added the description of how does the bet verifier function, not just the github sources
i.e. the formula behind the front end
similar to  https://dicesites.com/provably-fair
by the way,do you plan to add yolodice to the dicesite's provably fair list as well?

Pretty nice looking site. Dice interface is great and easy to maneuver around. This is definitely one of the better sites out there as far as dice / bitcoin go. I think you guys have been around for a while now so keep up the good work!

The verifier now also supports URL parameters and could be linked to directly from YOLOdice if desired, click here for an example

Edit: Here is what it could look like if integrated on the site:

thanks for a wonderful effort towards the site. We really appreciate your work.

Also when i visit our site's section to verify bets Yolodice's name is not shown there. It will be easier for users to verify bets if site's name is shown there otherwise they have to type the exact link to get the dice verifier. Your site looks great though Smiley

Yeah? It just passed 24 hours and many people still have time to stock their coin and hit it in the end of the competition, you will see how much players there after this day Grin. Btw this is really great competition, I do hope that I can win some cash here but actually it is hard to maintain some profit here, greediness will sure coming too. When you are on top you will somehow drop your profit too

You are wrong if you said you do not need huge banroll to take good profit here
As I see huge bankroll sure affect your profit, it helps you to suffer more losses, so in the end you still get a little profit
Besides skill and luck, bankroll sure play a role here and when it comes to profit of course

Profit wise, I would say it'll be Yahoo whos gonna bring the 1st prize home. LoL

He is so far the only guy I know who bets on high payouts with huge bet and seem to be lucky everyday.

Good bankroll and luck are the two main things we have to have if we intend to win the competition. No chance for low bankroll to win it unless all high rollers lose their games.

Actually there is always a chance for low bankroll if there is a big luck by hitting the highest multiplier, lets say you bet 10k satoshi and win with x9900 and you hit it on your very first bets Smiley or you have a really nice winning streak, lets say you start only with 500k sat but you can up to 1btc.
Of course the chance is so low, but it does not mean there is no chance at all

Nice contest and this one is quite better than usual wager competition where the one who gamble with large sum of bitcoin will easily win all the prizes.
The one in top have made 0.50BTC and it looks like he is winning constantly in last 1000 bets which is quite amazing.

There are a few changes to our bot, HAL, and how the rains work:

1. In order to participate in HAL's trivia and rains you need to be level 4 or higher.
2. By default when you rain people in chat, people will be picked up if they have level 4 or higher. You can change this by raining like this:
Code:
/rain 10 0.001 minlevel=2
This would tip 10 most recent people from chat with level 2 or higher a total amount of 0.001 BTC.

I hope this will keep the chat fun for everyone while limiting the (recently frequent) abuses. I am also pretty sad that almost all abuses come from just a few countries. Actually, from two.

Cheers!
Ethan

You start from telling about users abusing Rain system, then you say that it's sad because abusers come from a few countries and you stop when you limit this to two specific countries. Can you end this by telling us and which is these countries?  Roll Eyes
I am more curious now to know...Grin

Btw,how can someone abuse the rain system? Is this possible? Huh

It's quite possible.  Many people hang out in the chat all day waiting for rains and trivia and never make any deposits, begging for followers for EXP to also claim faucet.  Not only that but people starting using chat bots to answer trivia and post random words in chat every so often to collect rains.  The rains and trivia in chat are meant to be fun for people, not something for people to abuse, because it gets rather costly for Ethan as well.

Ethan wouldn't impose these new measures unless he had a good reason to.  And HAL was obviously being abused by quite a few people that don't contribute anything to YOLOdice; and I don't mean just profit: They don't chat constructively, and if they have no XP it means they haven't wagered much or referred anyone either.
