Hi,

We don't have some specific requiremens for websites on our network but here are some things that will help you get approved:
- Nice website design;
- A low number of ads (we don't accept faucets with tons of ads);
- A good alexa rank (this is not a must);
- Good website content or a custom made faucet.

We are different from other network becouse we do accept small publishers too (as long they have quality sites), we are not only focused on BTC niche , we monetize all types of websites.
Our anti-bot system is way better than other ad networks so advertisers get quality traffic and not bot.
As for the question if we are CPM or CPC , i can tell you that we are both. We have cpc and cpm campaigns active in network and also popunder campaigns (safe campaigns).

Your faucet has way too many ads to be accepted.
As i have said , we don't look at alexa rank as it can be easily increased using bots, we look for quality.

We do have some good CPC rates for banners at the moment but that depends on what country is your traffic. CPM rate is the same for all countries.
For popunder we have good rate for worldwide.

I've seen that this can make a big difference - Mellow Ads take very small fee, so earnings are higher there than say CoinAd or A-ads
