We do have some good CPC rates for banners at the moment but that depends on what country is your traffic. CPM rate is the same for all countries.
For popunder we have good rate for worldwide.

I've seen that this can make a big difference - Mellow Ads take very small fee, so earnings are higher there than say CoinAd or A-ads

As a publisher we'd like to compare you against other networks.
And I understand the reasons for your 7 day holding period before you pay publishers - but this is reminiscent of how many of us were treated by Adsense.
Who's to say you won't just take our traffic and then after 7 days turn around and just say it wasn't valid traffic, or some other excuse for not paying?

We are not Adsense. They ban faucet owners becouse of the incentive traffic, we don't.
You will get paid after that holding period if you didn't tryed to cheat the system. That holding period is to check the traffic you send to us, to be sure that is real and if isn't real to be able to refund the advertisers theyr balance spend on that traffic.

You can put 1 of every type (1 banner of 300x250, 1 banner 728x90 , etc) and minimum withdraw amount is 0.01 BTC.

Minimum withdraw amount is 0.01BTC and there is just the withdraw fee of 0.0001 btc.

If your e-mail has spam filter like gmail, then look at your SPAM folder.
I'm using gmail and I receive the verification in SPAM folder.

You should look into your e-mail system, there is/are somethings in your verification e-mail that is the cause to flag it as SPAM by some e-mail systems.

Hi,

You can use our floating banner if you like. It is desktop and mobile friendly.
When someone will visit your site from desktop they will see a 300x250 banner on the right site of the screen and when they are from mobile they will see a 320x50 banner.
