Hi,

We are aware of this problem but it we will fix it tomorrow as our coder just went thru an operation this morning and needs to rest for 1 day before getting back to work.
All publishers will be compensated for this problem.

Due to our advertisers complaints, we’ve decided to deactivate normal spots (300x250, 468x60, 728x90 and 160x600) for some of the websites where our banners where places extremely bad bringing no conversions. Floating banner (300x250) and Pop Under script will remain activated on default for all publishers and can be used anytime.

This decision was taken in order to assure a great experience to our advertisers and to deliver only good traffic.

We deposited 400 mBTC, and noticed very quickly the vast majority of their traffic was bots from Russia. Unlike other platforms, there is no way to block garbage traffic from known spam countries. So, we halted our campaign and tried to withdrawal the remaining funds; however, there literally is no withdrawal option for advertisers?

Next, we contacted support via Skype, and instead of just issuing us a withdrawal, we had to beg for OUR own money.

I have no idea if this was just a one-off for us, or if the support rep was having a bad day (it happens, we have bad days too) - but I can assure you the competition is crushing these guys in most verticals, especially the two items above.

Your refund was issued last night (in our time zone) by my colleague.
Advertisers don't have the option to withdraw their funds as it would be a risk if the account was breached, but they can contact us and get the remaining funds from the account.
Also, you could have selected not to receive traffic from Russia and Ukraine.

Sites with 1000 ads they accept easy. I found at least 8 sites with lots of ads and there in the footer of the page were those of Coinzilla, hidden.
Clean sites they reject.

Starting from yesterday Coinzilla has modified its advertising pricing to keep up with the bitcoin price.
Now all prices are displayed in dollars and calculated in Bitcoin at that time price.
Publishers may see a drop in the current CPM but an increase in the number of impressions counted by our system.
This measure has been taken as the Bitcoin price has been increased safe and steady from 1000$ to 4000$ and our prices were too big for advertisers.
