Nobody will ever bet on those odds so I assume this is a mistake, right?

We'll look into it but we actually use a sports book provider of course to handle the massive undertaking of setting odds, we have little to no control over that specifically, and as I understand when betting in live games sometimes very specific conditions might arise to odds and handicaps that are not that palatable to the player, we've had great success and many people feedbacking the opposite is true on our games as well so I think it is highly variable.

But thank you for your feedback we will certainly check it out to make sure everything is performing as it should

I noticed the same as MegAkker. I saw this too in the past few days. This has nothing to do with "specific conditions to odds and handicaps". This has to do with your complete sportsbook having a wrong odds margin in livebetting. It cannot be the case that you have a win margin of about 40% on odds (around 1,60 vs 1,60) when normal sportsbooks have 15% (1,85 vs 1,85).

It's not just in one game, it's in ALL games, even Premier League live games. It's the same as offering roulette and paying out 1,6 times the stake (instead of the usual 2,00) when you bet on red or black. It cannot be meant like this by your provider, this will drive away every customer.

You are now offering 1,79 vs 1,79 on a big famous league like NBA....that is much much below market averages. Your competitors dare to offer 1,90 vs 1,90 there. You will not recieve a lot of action from players on NBA if it stays like this I gues.....your choice but just letting you know your offer is far below normal practice.

If you have a genuine case with duckdice, I will advice you open a scam accusation against them in the scam accusation board, and do not forget to provide a clear and verifiable evidence/proof to backup your claim, this will do you more good than randomly accusing this casino of confiscating your fund with any solid evidence, continuing to do this could harm your account in the long run, and I believe you don't want this to happen.

i did and posted all evidences but the fake accounts they have here is more then you can count which make them look legitimate casino. i belive they are paying to users here to write in their fever

He doesn't, this user keeps doing this every few months with new accounts while trying to obtain some money out of us for him to stop posting fake and negative reviews.

 I think you are too in a hast and you should take time to read the terms and condition and aooly it to your situation and any however you should be assured that support will attend to your case and if it is resolvable the support will reopen your account.

I don’t know what kind of responds to while while Duckdice admin clearly answer your concern last march 6 with that explanation. Doing arbitrage bets is against casino terms of service so you should be patient on the result. You won’t be on this tight spot if you are playing normally because there’s no way in this planet that bookmaker will choose randomly to accuse for arbs betting without any basis.

You are still lucky that Duckdice is still giving you consideration for re-evaluating your case despite the game provider already flagged you as arbs better.

What are the arbitrage bets? What nonsense? How can you mark a player with some kind of mark for two bets?
