we are almost done ( less than <10% left ), although it'll take some additional days for it to get into HK and actually be on their way of course.

now to finish up the trade-in system, might just manual it though if it takes too long.

My 18feb orders #37XX and #39XX still not shiped. "Processing"
Its not trade-in.

Got tracks. But it still not trackable. Waiting.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Has anyone got any experience in using EMS?

Both of my units are shipping via EMS now wtf
EMS gets shipped via USPS once in the US. Start praying... Tongue

Once EMS hits the US and is past customs itll be at your door before the tracking number updates it out of customs.

Customs can be 5 minutes or 2 week long black hole.

Well, my order (made & paid on 18th of February) was shipped more than a couple of weeks ago and arrived in my country two weeks ago. Unfortunately, even though I opted for EMS transport, they sent it via DHL. As a result the order is stuck in customs ever since it arrived. They won't release it to a private person, since they claim it's too large and the value declared is too high, so I need an invoice for a firm or some juridical entity. Sent a ticket to support, received no answer so far, it's been more than two days. My problem is that if I don't solve the customs issue soon, I think the package will be sent back. I sent a PM to Yifu too, hopefully he sees it soon Tongue .

My 37xx order just got a tracking number.

Tracking now works, and DHL told me on the phone that it should be with me on Friday.

My trackingnumber still won't show up on DHL tracking.
Guess I'll just wait another day. No chance now that it will arrive here in Holland this week I think.

I got the email with tracking notification this weekend on Saturday 29 June. but "No result found for your DHL query. Please try again." What shall I do?
People are already receiving orders after me

Wow. What country do you live in?

These horror stories really opened my eyes as to how messed up and unreliable international shipping carriers and customs can be, for individuals as opposed to businesses.

I found DHL absolute unbelievably helpful, mine got stuck in customs (due to their website not taking the customs fee off my CC properly). I emailed them complaining on Sunday afternoon and within 10 minutes was talking to the CFO of DHL UK & Ireland, who got everything moving and was staggeringly helpful. I didn't pay customs fees until almost a week after receiving the units (as they let me pay it once the funds they held in my account dropped off).

Cannot say enough for DHL, I've never encountered support like it.

If you look at DHL reviews on the internet, many people bash them. I found it odd. DHL was extremely fast.

It seemed like a good idea at the time.

I noticed the same. I had them calling me everyday, making sure everything was OK. Was very impressed with them overall.

Though, I think it may have something to do with the fact that Avalon's DHL account is racking up the $$$$

I confirm the same: I have 3 Batch #2 orders all shipped under the same DHL tracking number

Just to confirm, I received the tracking number email on Saturday June 29
The packages got scanned by DHL in Beijing on Monday July 1st
They got delivered to our offices in Brussels on Wednesday July 3rd

It was a mix of machines with firmware dated 0419 and 0607

The machines were extremely clean, no dust in the fans and after a thorough shake test I did not find any loose nuts (unlike last Batch #2 Wave 1, which resulted in plenty of spare parts)

It looks like half of the Enermax power supplies have a transparent fan with 2 white LEDs inside for added bling

happy happy, joy joy
