Avalon has said that they ship in the order paid (I can't find the posting right now). People are asking about order number to have an estimate of when their unit will ship. I think this is not the right information to look at. I think the information that bowjob and I have posted is the information to look at. |

Has anyone examined if there is a pattern of countries being shipped to first? Perhaps it is logistically easier for customs paperwork or other hassles to ship all orders going to one country first, then the next, etc. I have no idea if this is the case, but just throwing that out there.

This sounds reasonable to me, I imagine it would be much easier to ship say, 50 units all to 1 country than trying to ship to 20 different countries at once. Also likely much cheaper. |

I have my tracking number but it does not appear in dhl tracking system :/ Poland speaking here I would open a ticket (with avalon) and ask if they made a typo in your notification email. Ask them to verify that you have the proper tracking number. As long as your address is correct you should be receiving your avalon within a couple days. (mine arrived less than 6 hours after receiving the email notice, but I live in a shipping hub of my country) |

My 10 feb and 11 feb orders 11XXX still not shiped.
Ive got track number from past. (No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking.) And track numbers less then already shipped avalons. |

I finally received my first unit. It took one week to get here from Hong Kong via DHL (with 4 days in customs...) and the next difficulty jump is going to be quite small, I might even earn a buck or two.
