Its the Avalon itself and yes, its in cms. Rudrigo wrote the packaging dimension. It was listed as 20kg each on my dhl invoice, but I suspect them to be lighter.

could be they want to used your machine to mine for a couple of months before they delivered them over to you. 2 months to assemble and built and 2 months for them to mined to make some btc that could be the caused for all these delays

to Brazil, Cuba, or Russia, that would cost 700 USD

Its strange that Canada/US to UK is $500. Crazy variations considering US to UK is ~100 miles by van -> 1 plane -> 30 miles by road.

Don't forget that DHL gives up to 90% discount if you send frequently larger amounts of parcels. AFAIK even few hundreds monthly gives you 50-70% discount if you know how to negotiate.
