OK, I also opened a new ticket as supposed to do in the newsletter.
If have no order ID from my Batch 2.1 order from 3. Feb (where to get it from?) only the tX, so I entered 0 there.
Hope I will see my Order in the shop soon...
Will tell if something is changing finally (still have open tickets from weeks ago..)
Wow, not 24h later it is finally in the store, Ticket resolved, Order #108xx anyone already got an Order near #108xx ? |

Grats. Did you get an email about your order or did it just show up Emailed me the shipping info. Can I say "Fxck!!"? I am 13XX ordered on Feb-18 but received nothing. I only can hope their Order Numbers are another concept as only counting who is next to ship.. because then there would be 10,000 units before my Feb 3 Order.. |

Neither is mine (#967). I think I submitted it about 5 hours after receiving the email from Avalon telling us to resubmit tickets for missing orders. |
